The Tea Party Patriots et al, by and through attorneys Jay and Jordan Sekulow, American Center Law and Justice, (ACLJ) filed a Fraud on the Federal Court lawsuit. That subject suit has been the cause of much ranchor, chaos, confusion, expense, and time. I have compiled 1,000s of  pages of comparative documentation with files of perpetrators literally from A to Z (individuals and organizations).

My purpose is to let you know I have tried to resolve this situation since 2009 to the present date. I am including (below) links to articles I have written in an attempt to condense the telling of all I have gone through to correct this record. 

I plan to fight to disband the Congressional Tea Party Caucus. It smacks of conflict of interest. Even now, Congresspersons are a part of the plagiarism and copyright infringement of my political point of view. I can't read anything online or offline without coming across my words (plagiarized and infringed). And it sickens me to hear Tea Party and others credited with my work (taken without my knowledge, initially, or my permission, and without attribution). Congress has to do something about it, because I will continue to seek justice by exposing this ongoing fraud -- which is elevated now to criminal and RICO. This is America. Justice is being mutilated from all sides. I would appreciate your kind attention to resolving this untenable situation. And I more than welcome the opportunity to present my proof  to put an end to this injustice. 

But for the fact that Jay and Jordan Sekulow, Attorneys, withheld material facts from the court, the matter would have been settled long ago ---- their case would (and should) have been dismissed for lack of standing, because it is my work at issue. They stole it and misrepresented it as their own and did not disclose that to the court, Congress, or public.
