Whether our discussions are about his health care, his religious affiliation (or not), his czars, his family, his intentions for America, his trustworthiness (NOT!), or anything else that comes from his mouth or his pen -- we cannot feel good about what is coming from deep down inside of his hard heart. It never changes.

Is that the kind of leader worthy of having an honored position in America? Yet, the pundits continue to make excuses for his failure to obey his oath of office from the time he was in the state Senate of Illinois, the United States Senate, and on into the White House as President.

On Saturday, October 23, 2010, had I not been finally obedient to write "The Barricades of Barack Hussein Obama Shall Fall," as the Lord said, then there would be no confirmation. For, during the November 2, 2010, general election, the DEMS along with Obama did fall in esteem, position, and soon to be shown -- in power, as prophesied. Nevertheless, this nation as a whole still refuses to acknowledge the reality that the true and living God of all has answered the prayers of the faithful as no human could ever do. Nevertheless, we watch as the politicos and citizens continue to do battle among themselves all across America much to the detriment of this nation which remains blessed by God to be a blessing to the world.

Election 2012 Presidential Campaign Awaits

The United States Constitution is not destroyed. Our Republic is strong and shall remain so. The election is over for 2010, and the entire world is now speculating already about the upcoming Presidential election for 2012. There are no clear contenders and that, also, includes Barack Hussein Obama. The word of the Lord has spoken and Obama has already seen the fall of his man-made brigade he established to enable him to keep his keys to the White House and to "the football" waiting to be held in his hot little hands.

But not so fast!

If anything, the people of America spoke loud and clear in the utter repudiation and rejection of Obama's all out attempt to destroy our constitutional foundation of representative governance. There is no way for him to get his way when this nation has been put on alert about his deceptive and sinister agenda to try to reform America into a socialist, communist, Islamist, atheist, decrepit cesspool with him as the dictator-in-chief. Nonetheless, whatever anybody may think or say about it, the God of America is truly real. And God has stood the ground we walk upon in good stead all the way from out of the Pearly Gates.

Mankind in every corner of the world must understand that no matter how many nations and people may come up against America from just as many sides of the universe, we have a firm foundation which our forefathers saw fit to lay upon the Chief Cornerstone whose name is Jesus. And, although that name may be viewed across the entire world as the most hated and most rejected name forever, so, too, is it the name of all mankind's salvation who believe and receive Him as Savior, Lord, and soon-coming King.

There remain men and women who still consider that the American Judeo-Christian faith is in the same category of every other faith; but, in the end, they shall see and be afraid. The power of almighty God was lost on their frail minds demonstrated by their refusal to take heed even now.

Barack Hussein Obama And All The Fools On The Hill And Across The World


"The fool has said in his heart [and out of his mouth] there is no God." (Read entire Psalm Chapter 14 KJV)

We have found that every day under the Obama Administration is not the same. It gets worse with each passing day and, except for the miraculous changes which occurred during the 2010 general election, it would've gotten much worse. When are the members of the United States Congress and the United States Senate going to hold Obama accountable for leading the degradation that is being heard around the world?

It isn't enough that Obama has shown no regard for America's welfare. He has no regard for either the United States Constitution or any other institution authorized and supported by it. There is no excuse for Obama to continue to blame former President George W. Bush for the economic woes of today during his administration. It appears the worse Obama gets, the better his clones love him. Such is the way of their death-dealing destruction meted out against the American traditions and values. But they shall continue to fail in the attempt.

As well, I supported the original citizen teaparty movement to hold Congress accountable. However, now I also pray that "the Teaparty" does not turn into a spectacle of fools. We also must not allow them to take over the Republican Party in the same way the progressive-socialist-communists-Islamists eased their wicked way into the Democrat Party over time. Don't forget the teaparty is comprised of libertarians, democrats, socialists, and all who may have slipped in under the name of Independents. Most of those groups seem not to have understood they are not a legitimate political party with constitutional grounds to have run for office except on the backs of the legitimate Democrat and Republican political parties. And, unless those who were elected to serve in their positions realize that only the elected are authorized to represent Americans, then we will be in a far worse position as a nation than we were under Obama.

Republicans Beware The Thunderous Noises Which Will Not Help But Hurt Our Nation

It bothers me greatly that some teaparty (movement) members and their outside leaders have failed to understand that they are not the Republican leadership. No person who constantly speaks against the good and decent order of governance before they've had a chance to find out how it, in fact, works on that higher level, is going to endear themselves to the nation. However, I believe once they do get settled in, they will know the rules and professional ethics of operation and do better. Recall how a brand new United States freshman Democrat Congressman would not shake President George W. Bush's (REPUB) hand during a gathering a few years back. That Congressman even came away and publicly bragged about it. But not too long afterwards, we no longer heard that much from him or about him. In fact, who knows the person I am referring to? Can you recall his name, because he is still in Congress. But he's more compliant and, I suppose, more helpful to the overall political process.

Mankind has been at the forefront since Adam and Eve but even they made no planet for them to live out their days - nor could they. Mankind has a way of fooling even themselves so they put away any pretense of belief in God until it appears to be of benefit to them. That is one reason why the atheists, human secularists, progressives, reformists, socialists, communists, and the like have once again begun to come out of their dark closets to erroneously advocate such a useless life for the world to live out apart from God. And look at how many people continue to follow their wayward existence, because they are leading all who follow them to the pits of eternal Hellfire and damnation. They will not hear because they cannot hear lest they should turn and be saved. And they want to take as many down with them that they can. But we who know that Satan the devil is also real and has his children (followers) are not deceived. Satan has some power but God's got all the power and the devil is already destined for Hell.

The 2010 campaign we just came through all over this nation was merely a sample of what God will do for all who love Him and obey His will, word, and way. God answers the prayers of them that love Him. If that were not so, then tell me how it is that so many political seats were lost in the United States Congress and Senate during that campaign by the democrat progressives to overtake God's people and, yet, they could not. Instead, the Obama DEMS became -- more than ever -- they became the losers and they shall remain behind the new majority in the coming year. That, too, shall be seen to be true!

Over time, at the insistence of our government, citizens have had to throw out rotten eggs, rotten apples, rotten potatoes, rotten pet foods and meats and now you tell me our United States Constitution won't let us throw out rotten officials? Rotten Presidents are not exempted from getting thrown out, and that includes Barack Hussein Obama.

Another Godly Prophetic Warning To All Who Refuse to Take Heed

Prayerfully, all those who profess to be Christians and all those who profess to know that God is real and that He still speaks, will discern and understand the importance of the prophetic word of God from on high, as follows:

• Walk and run, if you dare, but God's hand shall catch you in the stride and cause you to run no more.


• Walk and run, if you dare, but the Lord God whose voice has been ignored too long shall speak but once more in the hearing of all mankind and tell me what would they do when they find out it is possible for all on earth to have the same mind at the same time?
  


• Global is not just a name for nothing. However, when man finds out the true meaning, then shall they fear and turn, repent, and know how truly real God is.


• Walk and run and then shall the Lord thy God be in the midst of the gait and walk you to the Gates of Hell who refuse.

What will it take for all mankind to finally know that they do themselves and so many others harm who look to them for answers when they also live as if they breathe on their own say so? But, not so! And, despite the many terrors we experience on earth which are beyond mankind's control to stop them, humans go on as if they are amnesiacs. I am certain many must have promised God they would change, if He would only stop the terrors coming against them. And, when God did quiet the storms of life, man wouldn't keep his word to God to change his way of living. And, as far as that goes, they still do not understand that they are not God nor can they ever be God.

One day they shall get it. But for too many of them that day will come too late. Here is just one example and I have numerous other examples of confirmation to share which are written in my journals from over many decades.

It is time for me to speak plain to all those who do not know of my personal faith walk and who fail to discern my spirit and Godly messages and to let them know I have already passed through so many of the trials where they are just coming to. My continuing purpose is to obey God to Preach the living Lord Jesus and to admonish Christians and people of good will to allow the true and living God Himself to lead them deeper and higher in His truth so that they will begin to fully understand and hold to faith in God and not in man.

Consequently, my purpose as a God-called Preacher is never to try to force anybody's will to conform to my own -- nor could I ever do so. My will is lost in God's alone. What's more, it goes without saying that each and every individual is totally responsible for making their own decisions about how they will live (or not) to glorify God. Mine is simply to tell it like God told it. Then comes your choice and your consequences.

Obama And Democratic Socialist Partners Have Taken Over America

What follows is a reprint of a public copy of a memo I came across, which was apparently authorized by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and written by Joseph M. Schwartz, an author and member of that organization. Documents show he has known Obama many years as a Progressive. Schwartz wrote personal detailed instructions to help Barack Hussein Obama to advance the DSA agenda to deliberately deceive the American people, utterly destroy capitalism (which they hate for everybody but themselves), and to build inroads to redistribute the wealth and otherwise drive Socialism into the American life and the United States Constitution all the way out of America, period. With the help of so many Socialists-Progressives masquerading in Congress and throughout America as a credible member of the Democrat Party, they hijacked that political affiliation for seditious purposes. The article, below, represents one of many instances available and demonstrates why patriotic Americans must finally understand the dangers we face as a nation as long as Barack and Michelle Obama and their progressive-socialist partners in Congress and in the Judicial and Executive Branches remain in control of the White House but without regard for our Constitutional form of representative government.

Get out your smelling salts, because if you really care about how Obama is destroying America, then your heart will surely be hard pressed to withstand this ongoing deception which is allowed to continue instead of Congress taking steps to impeach Obama NOW, as the traitor he is. Instead, we have heard our politicians say that "Elections have consequences." What they fail to recognize is that, so, too, does violating the United States Constitution. And Barack Obama is not exempt from blatantly betraying the American people and lying to our faces about what he has done to gain political power to overthrow America (even though he knows we have the documentation as evidence to the contrary of his denials)!

How A President Creates Change

The impressive depth and breadth of your electoral victory, combined with Democratic gains in both the House and the Senate, provides the possibility of reversing three decades of growing inequality that is the primary cause of an impending depression. To put it simply, the world now produces more than it can consume; we now are paying the price for using excessive debt to make up for the declining purchasing power of the global working class. But to do avoid a global depression you will have to act boldly and quickly. As a constitutional law scholar, you realize that the system of checks and balances and separation of powers established by our founders consciously aimed to forestall rapid change. Thus, almost all the reforms we identify with the twentieth-century Democratic Party—Social Security, the National Labor Relations Act, the Civil Rights Acts, and Medicare—occurred in the periods 1935-1938 and 1964-1966, the only times when the Democrats controlled the presidency and had strong majorities in both chambers of Congress.

If upon taking office you lead with boldness, your administration could pass major legislation in regard to universal health care, massive investment in green technology, and labor law reform that would transform United States social relations for generations to come. But as a former community organizer you know that such reforms did not come from the top down; they arose because moderate elites made concessions to the movements of the unemployed and the CIO in the 1930s and to the Civil Rights, anti-war, women’s, and welfare rights movements of the 1960s. While your office cannot conjure up mass social movements, you can call your supporters to ongoing grassroots activism.

Even before taking office, you confront the most serious breakdown in the global economy since the Great Depression. Hopefully well before you assume the presidency, you and your Treasury Secretary nominee will push the lame-duck Congress to pass a massive stimulus package of at least $700 billion. Remind the American public that Ronald Reagan ran deficits equal to 7 percent of the GDP in 1981 and 1982 (or the equivalent of $680 billion today), in the face of a much less severe recession. In addition, press Congress to implement a major anti-foreclosure program (similar to FDR’s Home Loan Corporation), as the income stream from homeowner payments on refinanced, affordable mortgages should significantly increase the value of the “toxic assets” of “securitized mortgages.”

The stimulus package should include major government funding of job training in the inner cities (in green technologies, for example) and of opportunities for both GIs and displaced workers to return to university as full-time students (and for women on TANF to fulfill their “workfare” requirements through secondary and higher education pursuits). While affluent suburbs provide their residents superb public education and public services, federal cutbacks in aid to states and municipalities has worsened the life opportunities of inner city residents. Your election as the first African American president is of inestimable symbolic import; but its promise will be soured if your administration does nothing to redress inner city poverty and the massive rise in the incarceration of young youth of color. Only federal funding of pre-K education and of after-school programs for vulnerable youth can begin to redress rampant educational inequalities.

We are in the midst of a global “liquidity crisis” in which banks will not lend capital out of fear that borrowers will not be able to pay them back. The mainstream media has not yet to comprehend that this crisis has everything to do with the massive growth in inequality of the past three decades. The policies of deregulation, privatization, and de-unionization (supported by both Democratic and Republican administration) led working and middle-class Americans to try to maintain their living standards by taking on massive consumer debt and borrowing against their home equity. Once the housing bubble collapsed, so did the purchasing power of American households. For three decades corporate America told our workforce that to be competitive they must compete with workers from Brazil to China. But as any Keynesian economist could have told the American public, eventually lower wages must lead to lower living standards.

The inefficient and inequitable United States health care system cries out for replacement by a universal and cost-efficient alternative. If private insurance administrative and advertising costs of 25 percent on the health care dollar could be reduced to Medicaid and Medicare’s 3 percent administrative overhead, we could achieve both universal and affordable coverage. While the power of the insurance lobby may preclude your backing a national single-payer bill, you must back progressive Democratic amendments for opt-out provisions from your “pay or play” system of private insurance. Such opt-outs would allow states to create their own single-payer systems, and allow Medicare or the federal employees health plan to market to employers as a lower-cost alternative to private group plans.

But how to pay for all this? You should attempt to reverse not only the Bush tax cuts, but also the Reagan-era cuts in marginal rates on high-income earners (approximately $300 billion in revenues, each). In addition, abolishing the 15 percent tax rate on hedge fund and private equity managers’ earnings could garner another $100 billion in annual revenues. Ending the war in Iraq should save $100 billion per annum; a one-third cutback in United States military bases abroad and an end to Cold War era plans to build a next generation of fighters and an anti-ballistic missile defense could save $216 billion in federal revenue per year.

The military budget is hideously oversized for a nation that claims armaments are necessary for defense, and not defense of empire. One fights terrorism by intelligence and espionage cooperation among states and via a multilateral diplomatic strategy that provides hope for the billions who still live under authoritarian governments and in extreme poverty. Your call to send more United States troops to Afghanistan ignores the lessons of the Soviet experience. Foreign military presence only transforms the forces of Islamic fundamentalism into national resistance fighters.

When the Ponzi scheme of “securitized mortgages” collapsed with the end of the irrational run-up in housing prices, the federal government had to bail out Bear Stearns, then Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and then AIG. American capitalism has privatized gain, but socialized risk. Yet if risk is to be socialized, then so should investments. Your administration should not only demand equity shares in the banks and corporations that are bailed out by the public treasury, but should also require that consumer, worker, and government representatives be added to the board of directors of corporations receiving government aid. And you must stick to your goal of re-regulating the finance industry so that it serves the interest of the productive economy and not those of unrestrained speculators.

A “new New Deal” would have to restructure international economic institutions so that they raise up international labor, living, human rights, and environmental standards. In large part you owe your victory in the key battleground states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Pennsylvania to the efforts of one of the few integrated institutions in the United States—the American labor movement. Restoring the right to organize unions (which de facto no longer exists in the United States) is a key policy component in the battle against economic inequality. Given the already massive corporate and media offensive already launched against the Employee Free Choice Act, you will have to place the entire prestige of your office behind the legislation. You must explain to the American public that NLRB elections are not "free"-not when management requires workers to attend anti-union meetings and when management fires pro-union workers with impunity.

Your victory by no means guarantees the bold policy initiatives necessary to restoring equity with growth to the United States economy. Your campaign did not advocate major defense cuts, progressive tax reform, and significant expansion of public provision. But FDR did not campaign on bold solutions in 1932. It was pressure from below that forced FDR’s hand. Similarly your victory may provide space for social movements to agitate in favor of economic justice and a democratic foreign policy. But as a president who understands the process of social change, I trust that you will understand that those demanding the most from your administration are those who can best help you succeed in office.

Barack Obama Hears the Earth, But the People of the United States Elected Him

Barack Obama reportedly has been heard to say that he wants "to sign something soon." Well, how about if he signed his letter of resignation and vacated the White House Oval Office and take his czars and stars and crooked men and women along with him lets say -- by the end of January 2010?

Americans have continued to experience too many direct acts of terrorism against us even by our own elected leaders by their inept attempts to find solutions to combat terrorism both at home and abroad. But they do so only as an afterthought. Unfortunately, it appears the only position the Obama administration can think to take to deter terror is to implement further restrictions on our American freedoms under their false guise of protecting the nation. And they continue to "lock the barnyard door after the horse gets out of the barn." The truth is, Obama has no intention of ever keeping America safe, secure, or free.

Throughout these many years Obama, with all of his ungodly, thuggish friends have all managed to slip in under the radar straight into the White House Oval Office in our nation's Capitol. Most of those people no doubt have escaped long prison terms by virtue of being close associates of Obama (oops, almost forgot his friend, Tony Resko, thrown under the bus and now serving time in jail). Therefore, their unconstitutional illegal acts have not gone undetected. For as much as the "mainstream" news media have failed to inform the American people, the online political bloggers, pundits, and commentators have stepped into the news gap, delved into Obama's life, times, and friendships, and have taken the lead in exposing so much about him. Oftentimes, they have gotten their story right; and, then, the news media follow behind and act as if they had uncovered the information. That's called "plagiarism," when they fail to cite their source of another person's original material, and it is unprofessional, unethical, unscholarly, and prosecutable.

Bring on the "Birthers?!" NO! We Are American Patriots Who Respect the U.S. Constitution

The term, "birthers," is another word coined and used repeatedly by Obama supporters to try to deride anyone who demands proof of Obama's constitutional eligibility to be elected President. Furthermore, nobody can tell me that this all-important validity issue concerning Obama's failure to present his birth certificate and proof of American citizenship is totally unknown to anybody who knows him well enough to be invited as a part of his inner circle. Although his maternal parents and his grandparents are dead, many of his maternal and paternal relatives remain alive who must know the truth of the matter by now. Yet, we have still not heard one peep from any of them to clarify the question, not even from his half sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng.

Maya has acknowledged she was born in Indonesia and lived for a time there with Barack (Barry Soetoro); their now deceased mother, Stanley Ann Dunham; Maya's late father, Lolo Soetoro (divorced from Dunham) and reportedly Obama's stepfather but possibly his adopted father in his possibly newly adopted foreign country. What's more, Obama's late African father, Barack Hussein Obama Sr., is from Kenya, Africa. Those who remain must have been told somewhere along the way about their young African relative's birth to an American white mother. How could they not be proud so as to boast of their African native son, Barack Obama Jr, especially during his 2008 candidacy to become a U.S. President.

Moreover, can we surmise that somewhere along the way during pillow talk with his wife, Michelle Obama, he must have let the truth slip out about his personal genealogical background? Nevertheless, we have heard not one peep! And, look at his dear friend, Oprah (recognition by one name only), Winfrey. She and Barack have acknowledged knowing one another since the mid 1980s, when both were parishioners in Chicago attending the church of Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. How could it be that Oprah is able to loosen up so many tongues wagging on her TV couch with the cameras rolling and, yet, now we are made to believe she has been unable to publicly loosen Obama's tongue about his own Constitutional citizenship status (or not)?

Are we also to believe that neither former President William (Bill) Jefferson Clinton nor his wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton has known anything about Obama's citizenship? After all, there is documentation from Illinois to show that Obama along with Rahm Emanuel helped to get Clinton elected as President during his own first term in office. And, what about this infamous friend, Rahm Emanuel, who leaped and bounded throughout our political system as a Democrat-Israeli-Palestinian moving quickly from his seat of Illinois State Senate to the United States Senate to the White House as Clinton's -- and now Obama's -- Chief of Staff and close advisor.

RahmBO has been able to burrow into the deep security corridors of our nation despite his having had dual citizenship (Israeli and American) and having served in the Israeli Military after he became an American citizen. I need to know definitively how that is possible for an American legislator, except that a whole lot of people have looked the other way and still do? How is it that Rahm was able to work directly with Clinton and now Obama in the highest office of this nation and subsequently let loose with being put in charge of Presidential authority over American citizens and legislators behind the scenes? Based on their unknown or vetted status and their lack of candor with the American people, neither Rahm nor Barack Obama should have been given access of any kind to our nation's top secrets and the position of Constitutional authority. Are we to remain silent about that observation?

Each person in America has a mind. And each mind is a part of the collective mind of the whole, which has come from a historical context. The conglomeration of all of these mind compilations were gathered predominantly by historians and has brought us to this point in time in which even scholars have seen evidence which has found a purely composite of so many different thoughts melded into one great big mish mash of ideas. America is a part of the global community; and, yet, she is an individual nation. History bears out the fact that America has been mighty good to the world abroad and at home. That is, until Barack Hussein Obama came on to the domestic and international scene and he has jumped in with both feet to "redistribute the wealth." In other words, he fully intends to bankrupt America and it is not by mistake on his part but, rather, an integral part of his own destructive, planned Blueprint for America, which is anathema to our Constitution -- and he knows it.

Politicians and the media publicly liken our legislative inner workings of the United States Congress to us seeing "sausage" being made. Why would citizens want to hear that "sausage-making" analogy projected upon them when whatever Congress does is a matter of life and death -- ours? The Rasmussen Polls and others like them prove that people are being wearied by the queried. And the part that concerns so many appears to be that they are not being asked their opinion to be tallied into the mix. What's more, they know their opinion not only does not count; but, it is also not going to be factored into the overall resultant survey publications of all the rest.

Where Do We Go From Here And How Do We Get There?

Barack Hussein Obama has been a person who has gotten into the coveted position of President of the United States of America and, with him, he has taken to the White House all the people who, like him, have no intention of seeing America thrive as she has continued to do for centuries. There is a certain facet of America which now brings us to the point of no return, basically, because of Obama and the DEMS treasonous attempts to dismantle our Constitution and take over our government to forge their own socialist nation on these shores.

For the most part, people want to be noticed. They want to contribute to what makes America the greatest nation on earth rather than have the government make every decision for them. People, in general, want and need to be able to use their God-given minds, gifts, talents, and ministries to be of service to others as well as to themselves. From the opportunities we have been privileged to be part of from years past, we have come to a standstill in this past year being told by the Obama administration that not only can't we be depended upon to work an honest day's labor for an honest day's pay but that we never could. Excuse me?!

How does that thought strike you? May I dare say not very well? The planned agenda the Obama blueprint has forged for America is a blatant lie in your face devised by them plainly for tearing down our nation and destroying the entire domestic front even as our men and women in military and civilians are sacrificing their time and talents to keep us safe both at home and abroad.

Barack Obama Is the HNIC Wannabe And Our U.S. Congress Dares to Cower In His Presence?

For the most part, Americans are strong, God-fearing and loving people. At the same time, their patience is worn threadbare since WINNER Obama took the Oath of Office to serve as President of the world's national support. For we have expended much blood and treasure to protect the people of the world and they have continued to seek solace on our shores. Those who have come do so willingly and America takes them in willingly when they come in the lawful manner instilled here to create an organized fulfillment of "Give Me Your Tired Your Poor" message inscribed on the Statute of Liberty located in New York. However, our main obligation is always to adhere to the U.S. Constitution.

That very important piece of paper called our Constitution is the document which sets forth the crucial rights of citizens and please allow me to break them down simply, and in part, as follows:

• No citizen has the right to obstruct justice.
• No citizen has the right to turn that which is perverse and perverted behavior into legal actions through an illegal and unlawful legislative process regardless of how many people may support such actions.
• No citizen has the right to tell another that they cannot speak their mind and suffer the consequences of their speaking based solely upon the words they have used -- whether truthful or not.
• No citizen can deny another citizen the right to worship as they please. And, again, all the laws in the world that man can write will never have enough force to remove any Godly response from this earth.
• No citizen can inform on another and knowingly, willfully, and deliberately make false and fraudulent accusations to punish, by force of law, their falsely and fraudulently accused victim(s).

There are so many do's and don'ts of moral, ethical, and traditional behavior which are not being paid enough attention to by society, professional, political, and religious leaders and especially by those appointed and elected officials who have been placed in office to keep laws and not to see that our laws are broken. More and more Americans are coming to the realization that Obama must be impeached and taken out of office, if Americans are going to have an even chance of getting back this nation to God and our traditional values.

An Open Letter to Barack Hussein Obama From This Patriot Warrior Woman of God

Come back to the United States and apologize for forgetting where you say you come from. And, if America is your home as you say it is then you should have no problem with being vetted and disclosing the true nature of your birth and agenda for America. The U.S. Constitution demands it. The constituency demand it. And the truth and justice foundations of this nation demand it, as does the security and freedom of all who dwell in this country demand it is done. And, if your clearance is not clear because of the failure on your part to cooperate, then what you have done is to create a Constitutional crisis of monumental proportion. And now here in the history of this nation with, perhaps, the exception of Benedict Arnold, has such an egregious act of treason occurred during your short term in office.

The force of the American people will only increase to beat back your strident attempted takeover. The American people are unwilling to allow your thuggishnish to be seen in the eyes of the world as a sign that we are a weak nation and people. The entire work in the time span of one year when you assumed office has been an embarrassment and a disgrace for our nation. The news media serves at your whim instead of as a means to inform the people of events which have far-reaching implications upon their every waking and sleeping hour.

The world has been hoodwinked and the world leaders have rejected the world's worst person ever to occupy the White House Office of the President -- you! In the worst economic process to get out of economic problems foisted upon us by this current administration, I must say that, unless Obama is ousted, we will have within the next six months (or less) seen an even graver shift to Communism than at any other time in American history. What's more, it would continue to be unconstitutional for Obama to remain in the position of President.

God bless America and may all those supporters of Obama be shown the doorway to justice and have to explain why they felt it was permissible for them to follow Obama and betray the confidence and trust of the American people who will never rest until this nation is fully restored to her Constitutional foundation without question, doubt, worry, or fear ever caused again by any elected or appointed official whose only aim is to usurp power and abuse authority for their own vain glory instead of serving the needs of the people in accordance with the Constitution.

Examples are used as powerful teaching tools and Barack Obama is just one such example from Almighty God for the nation and the world to know that God is real and that He is in total charge of all things everywhere. Are Americans finally paying attention?

Lest we forget, this shall remain "A Date That Shall Live In Infamy." It commemorates the beginning of America into World War II, after this nation was attacked by the Japanese. I don't believe anybody could ever find a more tolerant people than Americans. In one generation, tolerance meant that "Your rights begin where my rights end." Some even were heard to say that, "Your rights end at the tip of my nose." Then Americans were introduced to Barack Hussein Obama and his ongoing wheelin', dealin', stealin', and running ripshod over the U.S. Constitution, Congress, and God's people. He is determined to unilaterally act to inflict upon all citizens his personal agenda to "fundamentally change the nation." Obama and His Audacity of Black and White and Red Flags All Over

There have been so many red flags raised up that America's face should be red with embarrassment and shame for allowing those signals to go without prompt and forthright redress. As a result, Americans are faced with mounting national deficits the likes of which have not been seen in this country for decades, if then. The audacity of Barack Obama engaging in counterproductive strategies to the detriment of the United States Constitution, the strong defense of this nation, and the pocketbooks of natural-born and naturalized citizens who have resolved to live out the American dream for the betterment of their family and nation, must have some avenues of redress for those adversely impacted by so much ObamaTrauma.

I am sure we can agree that Barack Hussein Obama is an anomaly who was elected to the highest office in this nation based on his black genes and gift of gab. He is the acknowledged son of a black African Muslim father from Kenya and a white mother whose family history reportedly began in Kansas. Furthermore, as a child, he also became the stepson of a Muslim Indonesian stepfather. His mother reportedly married LoLo Soetoro and moved to Jakarta, Indonesia, with little Obama in tow. For the most part, Obama is known to also have been reared by his white maternal grandparents at their home in Hawaii. To date, citizens are still trying to ascertain whether or not Obama is a natural-born citizen of America by virtue of birth. Despite wide-ranging belief that Obama is not an American natural-born citizen, he has remained silent and unresponsive to many calls for proof that he is eligible to serve in the Office of President of the United States, in accordance with the U.S. Constitution. Still those urgent calls have gone unheeded. And, if it should be found to be the case that Obama is an imposter, no doubt we will hear pundits asking why NOBODY had sounded the alarm and NOBODY had investigated? But is that true?

American officials and the news media continue to miss so many Red flags of destruction and death which has been perpetrated against America. That is, until after the devastation has become manifested following the dirty deeds. Then all we hear coming from officials and news media are their noises as they try to second guess what could have happened to have caused such devastation? What should have happened to have prevented those acts? Who knew what and when beforehand? How the devastation could have been avoided in the first place? And now, after the fact, who should they and the public blame for dropping the ball?

I learned a long time ago that, if we are proactive now, we would not have to be reactive after the fact of what could have possibly been done to have prevented the destructive actions. The majority of Americans finally get it! However, the Obama-DEMs and many citizens don't seem to want to understand that the American sentiment is rapidly rising against them and their overbearing push for national mandates and their ongoing UNAmerican defiance of the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law.

Barack Obama, His Red Flags, and Whose Fooling Who?!

The American people did not give Barack Obama a mandate, as he and his cohorts constantly state (as if to convince themselves, I suppose). Instead, most voters gave that man a date to make good on his many promises made during the 2008 Presidential Election Campaign. So far he hasn't been able to manifest his ability to keep faith with the American Constitution and people who believed his hype and put him in the Executive Office of the White House.

It did not matter to those who voted for Obama in any of his races (i.e., Illinois State Senate, U.S. Senate, and U.S. President) that he was and is a Muslim and was trained in the Koran and Islamic faith as a child. Notice how he has publicly confessed to having studied Islam and stated that he is a Christian convert to a black church in Chicago. Nevertheless, we have yet to hear any Islamic threats made against his life because of his so-called conversion against Shar'ia Law and the Koran. Shall we surmise this is the case because Obama has pledged his allegiance to the land of 57 states instead of to the 50 states of the United States? We shall see.

To date, the media and elected officials of our "government of the people, by the people, and for the people," have been slow to question any and all discrepancies in Obama's life and they continue to allow him to side step accusations against him, particularly about what is clearly his lack of loyalty to the U.S.A., his lack of commitment to win the war on terror and radical Islam, and his lack of recognition that he has created a great divide in this nation. Is there an official governmental "Repairer of the Breach" for that which remains unanswered?!

If Bernie Madoff operated under missed signs which surfaced to show he perpetrated his billions of dollars scam against even his friends and the country to bankrupt them, then what will it take for our officials to pay attention to Red flags for everybody else in leadership (elected or appointed)? Accountability is sorely lacking although it is just common sense.

America's runaway political correctness has contributed to the deaths and injuries of not only our Patriot military and nonmilitary service men and women at home and abroad but also against other innocent civilians who are targeted by terrorists in, around, and outside of America.

These are desperate times. Desperate times demand desperate measures. Who in our government will finally issue the call for Barack Hussein Obama to be vetted along with his unconstitutional "co-presidents" Rahm Emanuel, Valerie Jarrett, Michelle Obama, and the Obama-appointed czars -- none of whom have been vetted by the U.S. Senate to make or enforce policy of any kind. Yet, they are heavily involved in policymaking decisions. Americans need to take note that RahmBO is in the Oval Office but he has served in the Israeli military even after he became a naturalized citizen with dual citizenship. Valerie Jarrett is Iranian and is a long-time friend of Michelle and Barack Obama. She is now a close adviser to Obama working out of the White House. But the question needs to be asked "How can Obama, RahmBO, and Jarrett serve in the Oval Office since it is our constitutional mandate for the U.S. President to be a natural-born citizen?" Moreover, it appears that RahmBO and Jarrett are the ones more than likely who are functioning in the position of "co-presidents." And America?! We have a serious problem which begs for immediate resolution.

Studying the Hidden Symbolics of Michelle Obama's Little Red and Black Dress

Say what you will but it wouldn't hurt for more citizens to become more alert to what they are looking at without seeing or listening to without hearing. When I saw Michelle Obama's new dress she wore the night her husband was introduced to the public as the President-elect, it was, for me, a symbol of things to come from his new administration. The strategic placement of the Red on black of Michelle's dress spoke volumes. It displayed the Red circles around her breast and abdomen areas. I saw in that the prospective First Lady signaling that they were about to give birth to a brand new form of government and that they would nourish it until it grew to take over America and bring to fruition the Obama Administration's promised "Hope and Change."

Digging Up the Reddest Part of the Black and White of Obama Is Easy

Obama solicited and collected campaign donations from foreign individuals and organizations and the Federal Election Committee did not bother to stop him from that illegal fundraising activity.

Obama engaged the likes of ACORN and SEIU to beat the bushes and stomp the trenches to get out the votes for him from people who didn't even know about him or his radical, left-wing, progressive-socialist-communist-African-Muslim agenda.

Obama had planned for a long time his agenda to unleash his rage-hatred against this nation which he claims to (what?) Have we heard him say he loves America and sense that he meant it?

Obama nationalized and took over the auto industry, banks, wall street, corporate business management, and plans to do the same with our health care institutions, schools, family life, communication (radio and TV), and Internet social networks. Until Obama came along, politicians took care to try to hide from the public their underhanded attempts to get elected to local, state, or national offices. What would it take for the government to realize that our entire nation is in need of an overhaul and that it must start with them?!

Citizens with large whistles are blowing them like crazy to warn the nation about the looming and impending dangers at the hands of Obama, but they may as well be calling on "Ghostbusters" for all the good it does. Their complaints are, no doubt, tucked away in dusty government file cabinets never to see the light of day until long after the dark deeds are done. We deserve better!

The Obama Administration doesn't care if we like him or his agenda or not. They also don't care how loudly we as patriots protest their lack of regard for American values, traditions, morals, mores and Godly Judeo-Christian faith. Those virtues will never go away. They mean too much for America's general health and welfare.

Obama, We Do Not Care!

The Obama Administration doesn't care about America and Americans are constantly letting him know we don't care about the things that matter so much to him.

We don't care if he is black.
We don't care if he is white.
We don't care if he lives in the White House.
We don't care if he has a whole lot of friends all around the world.
We don't care if he has access to enough money to buy and sell America.
We don't care if he has two supposedly cute girls.
We don't care if he has a wife who claims to love him.
We don't care if his mother-in-law thinks he is the sweetest fellow around.
We don't care if he has the late Senator Teddy Kennedy's gift dog running on White House grounds.
We don't care if he tries to act like he is the President of the United States.
We don't care if he believes he is acting like a committed Commander-in-Chief.
BUT !
We do care a great deal that Obama is Red Red Red and that he expects to unleash his communist lifestyle upon all Americans! And, he has got to go! Our nation and God are more important to us than any man, woman, boy, or girl whose sole purpose is to destroy our country! And Obama's Red flags are waving everywhere all over the place except as "the Red, White, and Blue." Therefore, we cannot help but notice that "Red" is the most appropriate term used specifically for Obama's unsavory alliances and his near-term agenda which he has declared for America.

We care a great deal only that Obama is Red and White without the Blue and that he has got to go! Impeach Obama Now remains the call! U.S. Congress - U.S. Senate - U.S. Judiciary - News Media - Pundits - Citizens - Are you listening? More importantly, when do you plan to act? After Obama and his thugs totally dismantle our U.S. Constitution?!

An Obama Government? Congress Do Your Job!

OBAMA HAS NOT CHANGED!
HE STILL DOES NOT LOVE AMERICA!

How much does the United States Congress think Americans are willing to take from the Barack Hussein Obama Administration without their protecting us? We cannot even get a direct response from our elected leaders. The government offices that are paid for by taxpayer dollars have gotten worse as the day is long.

Government employees act as if they are beholden to the man in the Office of the White House and not to the Constitution or the constituents. What is going on across this nation is criminal. People are speaking out against the ongoing Obama Constitutional violations and so, too, are a few legislators; and yet these legislators have the temerity to turn their backs and cover their ears to not see or hear --- but without a doubt we know that they know what is going on across this nation. Barack Obama is in their face every day lambasting and berating them and they cower in the name of respect for the office. But I declare anybody fit to occupy that office would never knowingly, deliberately, and willfully spit in the faces of constituents with such distaste and disdain for the American way of life. That is, not if they know what constitutes the American way of life. Well, we do!

The occupant of the White House Office of the President does not ever have Constitutional authority to circumvent the authority of the United States Congress and Senate to arbitrarily and unilaterally haul in a bunch of his own lobbyists to bully Americans - especially in such a partisan way. And the current occupant, Barrack Hussein Obama and his co-horts Michelle Obama (wife), Rahm Emanuel, Valerie Jarrett, David Axelrod, and his overloaded office of his appointed misfit czars and thousands of his so-called "volunteers" have all taken to our streets and airwaves in just over a scant ten months of Obama in office. And, like ACORN and SEIU, they continue to bully and steamroller every area of our lives and even our death dates with the push of their so-called "Health Care Reform."

If Congress doesn't speak up then it is time for them to hear the roar of the discontent all across America and, I daresay, even across the battlefields on foreign shores where our brave men and women wait for Obama to make a decision to help save their lives while they sacrifice for our Constitutional freedoms.

After I published my last article about the ongoing Obama government takeover of the world wide web via Web 2.0 and other software groups via the social media sites across the Net, my Comcast internet TV and computer internet access mysteriously went down and was not attended to for six days. It was caused, we found out, by a tampering with our outside "TAP" box. Yet, they kept making excuses and changing the date to come out to take care of it. Finally, I phoned one last time and laid them out and somebody came and connected us to the internet again! It is a sin and a shame when we cannot trust our government to come to our aid and don't even see the reason to try anymore. But I am sure that is just the way they want it in the White House.

People are talking about "Wait until 2010!" But do they realize that it is not until the end of that year and that by then America won't even be recognizable. Who said the President has authority to run our lives as if we were the children? Not even their two girls or that dog have as much of a leash as he has presumed to put onto the American people. It is outrageous and enough is enough.

I cannot understand how the auto dealerships allowed Obama and his Chicago gang to take their stock away and, in most cases, handed them over to other dealers down the street from them, without even putting up a knock down drag out fight. Many of those dealers had the money, paperwork, and the folk to stop it. They should have still been in court to fight it, if need be. We don't tell abused victims to go back to their victimizers and neither should grown men and women expect to embrace anybody who victimizes them -- including the government. WAKE UP!

Then Obama jumped on our banks and took complete control over them under false pretext that the government had the legal authority and the Constitutional "muscle" to muscle in on their businesses. And worst yet, the bankers allowed them to do it without even calling for an audit of not only those banks but the entire Federal Reserve.

How could our corporate "giants" sit in front of Congress and allow themselves to be berated and told they were greedy and too rich and had to give away their wealth to the less fortunate? Then we watched as they apologized and got up and allowed the "government" to take over their businesses. But who has benefited financially from all of this? Barack Obama and the very staff and Congresspersons who had berated them and backdated the laws to make them give back the money they had contracted to earn for their work in the company. That is not right! America is a CAPITALIST society and anybody who wants to excel and have a certain economic lifestyle can do so. Something is wrong with the government, elected --- and not with the American people, neglected.

BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA BUILDS HIS OWN GOVERNMENT INSIDE OF OUR GOVERNMENT

Just as we told Americans to wake up, so now do we shout it to our elected leaders. They have also taken an oath and sworn "So help me God," to uphold our Constitution. But, when do they intend to do that? Or do they intend to do that? Instead, the government is steadily locking citizens out of the process. However, Obama said he was going to have a "transparent administration." Well, believe it or not, we can see right through him. And any American citizen with an ounce of sense knows Obama can have no authority except the Constitution has given it to him or anybody else in government and this entire nation. He has overstepped his Constitutional boundaries.

OBAMA FOR AMERICA IS NOW CALLED ORGANIZING FOR AMERICA - (OFA)
IT IS STILL THE SAME AND OBAMA LOBBIES OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE

In recent years, some elected officials have been chastised by Congress for even using a telephone at their desk to call a constituent or a stamp to mail a letter to a constituent, if it even remotely involved politics. Why is Obama treated any different when he has brought his whole personal lobbying arm of so-called volunteers into the White House and into the entire government and has made no secret of it? Now, Congress can act to stop this but won't. Why not?

Obama is still campaigning whole hog out of the White House all across America and the entire world. His purpose is to continue in that office while he closes his people in and closes Americans out. He is steadily building a coalition parliamentarian government to lead to him having a dictatorship. And Congress is allowing it.

Before you read the latest email I received which was sent by Obama, I want to know also why - when the President of the United States has to be a natural born citizen (and we are not altogether certain that he is) then how is it we have a man who has served in the Israeli Military serving now as a surrogate President in the White House? I am speaking about Rahm Emanuel. Why is he there in that White House Office making Presidential decisions that affect our very lives and what a mess they are making of this nation. Valerie Jarrett, the other right arm of Obama is Iranian. Why is she in the White House Office of the President? No wonder they believe they are the only ones who are authorized to act above the law. None of them considers themself AMERICAN! Now, where do we go from here?! I'll start with a "VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE" AND A CALL TO IMPEACH HIM NOW!

I don't know about you but I am not now and never will be used to having a person in the White House who is not trustworthy, and who is deliberately and arrogantly so uncaring. But he is wrong and who is going to tell him that? We only have one President -- not coalitions and not continuous electioneering and his own personal, private government within the United States of America government. Obama is slicker than "Slick Willy," his mentor and supporter and impeached former President William Jefferson Clinton. And, the end result of Obama's ongoing actions will be destruction of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Congress, and our FREEDOM!

That will not and must not happen. But, if Obama continues lobbying and campaigning and collecting worldwide donations, there will be no room for the election process to continue and no need for it to do so, because, if Obama has his way, he will remain in office in perpetuity. He makes up the rules as he goes along. And if he doesn't like the laws, he changes them to conform to his own will. And Congress allows him to do that. But Obama is a street thug and we know it. And we know he and his gang do not care who they have to destroy to force their illegal way. He puts America to shame. And you thought you couldn't stand rappers?

What follows is another one of Obama's lobbying emails I received which continues to flood email boxes across this nation from the White House. Read it and respond but this must be stopped! And you thought ACORN was bad enough?! Obama has demonstrated no respect for America. He and his team act as if they are above the law as they go about tearing down this nation and continuing to blame the previous administration of former President George W. Bush for what he has labelled "a mess." We never hear Obama or the DEMS or anybody else mention that Obama was in both the Illinois state Senate and the U.S. Senate during the Bush administration.

Pay attention!! At the very bottom of the following email of the re-named OFA, it states, "This communication is not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee." However, it is about - from - and signed by "President Barack Obama."

President Obama joined in at a call party in New York -- and he had some amazing words of support for the folks like you who make this movement possible.

I'm looking at the numbers, and with almost all of the reports now in, the tally wasn't 200,000 calls placed or pledged -- it was 315,023. You did it.

Take a moment to watch the President's inspiring words to OFA volunteers on this incredible day.

Your voice was overwhelming -- with reports in the media of congressional offices "completely crushed with calls." CBS News described your effort as an "onslaught." And a congressional aide was quoted with a common response, saying their office was deluged by "pretty much non-stop health care calls from OFA."

You set a new OFA record, you caught the national media's attention, and you certainly put Congress on notice. But you know that's not what really matters.

The message I sent earlier talked about a woman, Jenny U., whose insurance company cut off her coverage because they decided her kidney donation to her sick daughter counted as a "pre-existing condition." What really matters is that today you brought America one giant, irreversible step closer to being a place where no one will ever have to suffer that kind of injustice again. That's what all the messages, late nights, and phone calls ultimately add up to. It's what makes everything we do together worthwhile -- and it's why we'll keep fighting together until the job is done.

P.S. -- Here are just a few stories from "Time to Deliver" events across the country:

This evening I and three other volunteers got together and made calls. As I was calling, one of the women I spoke with told me that she was inspired by my story -- shared in the email earlier that day -- to get her entire family to call Congress. She didn't know it was me on the phone, but she said she just couldn't stop saying "this isn't right" when she heard my story. It gave me so much hope -- during the evening we made 213 calls and got 64 commitments to call tomorrow.

Obama and DEMS Can Go to Hell! Our GOD Will Stay Our GOD!

Would we have ever believed that any American who loves God and this country would ever conspire to lead this "one nation under God indivisible," with the purpose of destroying all of her God-given rights and privileges that come "with liberty and justice for all?" No?

And, yet, Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, and their multiple national and global "partnerships," acquaintances, and friends too numerous to place in this commentary, had conspired decades ago to do just such a heinous thing.

Regardless of how much documentation has been unearthed to expose and reveal the truth about Obama's overall ungodly agenda, too many people disregarded the warnings and chose to believe the lies from Obama's Hollywood made up dramas which were fashioned out of the devious minds of his friends counted among the ungodly UNAmerican liars, cheaters and perverts who plotted, schemed, scammed, and jammed their way into our Godly foundational roots hoping to uproot every sign of our being a Godly Judeo-Christian nation and a capitalist society.

Obama has been aided and abetted by the "Chicago Way" of elected and appointed leaders who participated in "Pay to Play," ACORN, SEIU, the Columbia and Harvard University lawyers, national and global "partnerships," and his wife, Michelle Obama. All of them pounced on the moment of their opportunity to proceed with their Hitler-esque agendas of "Hope and Change." Then sight unseen and untested though it was, the people bought it.

Now we are wrestling with the devil full face and up front. And this is the smoke which Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan dictator-friend of Barack Obama, smelled when he spoke at the 2008 session of the United Nations (UN) in New York. That "sulfur" was not from former President George W. Bush, as Chavez said. And, when Chavez appeared at the UN during the 2009 session, he announced that he didn't smell "sulfur" any more. But I believe that realization was because Chavez had gotten used to the Obama aroma and, because it was like his own, he would think it was a sweet smell and something that he could relate to. Mystery solved.

Our American Dream Is Not Obama's Nightmare

In the relatively few short months of Obama's time spent in the Executive Office of the White House, he has publicly joined forces with the merchants of death; and, Americans have watched to see his attempts to:

annihilate our God and our faith in God in order for them to introduce the secular into America as the Sacred.

denigrate our Flag and our love of country so they could stifle national pride, morality, and strength.

silence our voices of opposition and distrust in order to lead us like lambs to their unholy slaughter.

control our bodies, minds, souls and spirits in order to have us rely on them for our sustenance and very lives from before the cradle to the grave. Let us pray they have enough sense to realize they cannot control what comes after the grave.

redefine the terminology of our family structure and autonomy in order for them to allow perversion to flourish and become the order of the day to replace our Godly lifestyle with their ungodly, filthy sexual orientations of all kinds. Ask Larry Sinclair.

propagandize and indoctrinate our children, grandchildren, and all children to raise them up for the state in order to teach them to pledge their allegiance to Obama and join him to propagandize and indoctrinate gullible adults.

usurp our freedom of speech by underhandedly building a social media network to spy on communications and it is all authorized by Barack Obama, installed in the White House, and to be installed in every area of government such that even if citizens have blocking capability, they will still be able to override the block and easily hack into the citizen's computer system and follow the conversations in real time without any being none the wiser, except the perpetrators. Pay particular attention to this as yet publicly unannounced piece of information.

confiscate our property and redistribute the wealth to the have nots at home and abroad in order to squelch capitalism and to render America a socialist nation.

take every vestige of God out of our homes, churches, schools, and lives, and from off of our monuments and money in order to make themselves out to be our nation's god in the style of Jim Jones, David Kuresh, and in the manner of as many foreign dictators who have tried and failed. But, if they have not failed, they shall surely fail.

create laws designed to euthanize our sick and disabled citizens to save money from unnecessary health care in order to swell their own greedy coffers.

unilaterally change the United States Constitution and totally rip it up in order to institute their Dictatorship form of government in America, "the land of the free and the home of the brave."

The question of questions for Americans now becomes, "How much longer will Americans allow the Obama Administration to unconstitutionally control and oppress this nation before demanding action against it?" The nation deserves better and, certainly, our brave military who are defending this nation with their bodies on the line at home and abroad deserve much better from the man who would be called their Commander in Chief.

Obama and his Democrat-chameleons deliberately cloaked themselves in the Constitutional "American Way" of Godly truth, honor, decency, scholarship, family, and faith. They have brazenly and repeatedly called God's truthtellers liars. They have stepped inside of God's house long enough to say that they went to church. They dressed themselves up in their stolen garb of intelligencia as if book learning was all they needed. They changed their coarse language and trained their twisted, forked tongues to sound spiritual. They have profaned the sacred in private while acting as if they prefer it in public. They have studied the Preachers' stance in the pulpits, learned their cadances, and gone away to rehearse their sermons, as if mouthing the words alone would make them children of God. They do not understand God's children know how to discern the heart in accordance with the way, word, and will of God and will never be so easily deceived.

Nevertheless, there are religious people who have fallen under the spell of Obama's stealth deception and they have lined up to play their part in the debasement of God's house. Then these same people turn around and blame the called of God for the disarray of the church, when the truth is that they got exactly the type of leadership they wanted and not what God wanted for them and from them.

The unholy alliances of the elite sect have played their waiting game very well. They quietly bided their time to strike America from the inside of both sacred and secular places that they knew they would never be able to gain entrance, except if they hid their true agenda from the American public. However, as soon as it became evident to the Democrat Party that Obama was going to make a run for the Office of President of the United States, the DEMS especially in the Black Caucus became so giddy at the prospect that they could not retain their secret plans to strike any longer. Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) surprised even herself during a 2008 subcommittee hearing in the House of Representatives when she let it slip out that they were going to take control of and socialize the oil companies. Then Waters feigned ignorance about her statement when she was later asked to explain. Another member of the Black Caucus, former Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-GA) could hardly contain her contempt for the ongoing legitimate Congressional process. Her unprofessional conduct eventually led to her being rejected by Georgians as their representative. She continues to raise havoc wherever she goes.

Just who is "The Spook Who Sat By the Door?" Who is "The Manchurian Candidate?" Who is the one who slipped through the crack and doped up the United States Congress (pun intended)? All of them did it who kept their mouths shut in the midst of such overwhelming government treachery. Even now, too many of our political and church leaders, including Republicans, profess they are not going along with Obama's unconstitutional ways of conducting America's business but they are, nonetheless, continuing to offer excuses on Obama's behalf every chance they get instead of reassuring the American people they will right these wrongs and set our nation back on track. Contrary to Obama's, the media's, and political leaders' protestation that this is not about Barack Hussein Obama, the researched documentation proves that it most definitely is all about him. Nothing gets past his nose without his eyes laid on it.

Senior Statesman Senator Robert Byrd (D-WVA) is now too ill to maintain a diligent watch over the Senate. He did, however, write a stern letter to Obama following his November 4, 2008, election and January 20, 2009, inauguration. Senator Byrd wrote to warn Obama to be mindful of the United States Constitution and to not continue to appoint "Czars" into his administration and not to give them authorizations without first going through Senatorial vetting and oversight. Apparently, Obama does not feel the need to adhere to that savvy admonition from one who knows. Meanwhile, Obama's czars continue to receive handsome salaries from the government, have more authority even than his vetted Cabinet members, and are personally accountable only to Obama for their actions on his behalf.

Is Congress so impotent that it cannot put a stop to this atrocity? Is the Senate so weak it cannot enforce the United States Constitution? Which ones, beyond political party affiliation, will adhere to their oath of office to hold both Obama and themselves accountable for adhering to their oaths? Are the American people so impotent and afraid that they will allow such "High Crimes and Other Misdemeanors" emanating from the White House to continue unabated? Most of all, are American citizens beholden to obey laws which are enacted by elected leaders in the dead of night and are packed with unknown mandates simply because Obama has said to the majority party, "Yes we can?"

Obama and Dems Can Go to Hell! Our God Shall Remain Our God! And Americans Shall Remain Free From Fear and ANYBODY's Dictatorial Rule!

A Spiritual and Physical battle is raging, and all Americans who love God would appear to be on the losing end. However, although that may appear to be the case to our precious children, grandchildren, and citizens of every race, creed, and color, who go to bed at night and wake up in the morning wondering what will become of America, I don't believe this is to be the end of our Judeo-Christian nation.

Americans are a strong, Godly, loving people of steadfast faith who know right from wrong, truth from lies, God from Satan, saved from unsaved, and right from left. They will never allow America to be overtaken in the way that Barack Obama helped his cousin, Raila Odinga, to do to Kenya, Africa in 2007. Americans will not sit still and allow this beloved nation to become a Western Front Iran. America will never become a Central American Honduras or South American Venezuelan Dictatorship, or Chinese or North Korean Communist regime. Americans will never allow America to be ruled by Sharia Law or by any of Obama's Socialist dictates, before they step forth and demand decisive action against such a traitorous act against America.

America, We Are Steeped In A Constitutional Crisis

Obama hasn't met a camera he doesn't like, and he continues to campaign with every government position he has stumbled into. His immediate purpose now is to work towards the election in 2012. And, since he is known to keep a great record of his comings and goings, wouldn't you think he'd have a copy of his original birth certificate, passport records, personal telephone records, and academic degrees handy to prove he is a natural-born citizen? To date, he has paid his lawyers a lot of money to keep them well hidden and out of the public view.

America does have Godly leadership that knows Americans will have their back once they stand up, such as Representative Michelle Bachman (R-MN) and former Governor Sarah Palin (R-AK) (the Pitbull and Rogue). May God bless them and send more like them to enjoin this battle on the homefront.

If the DEMS' naysayers and their illegitimate supporters thought the Conservative teaparty movement held across this nation was merely what they term, "astroturf," then perhaps they will understand it better when the American people all stand together in the name of our Lord and Savior, take our rightful place, take back this land, and place it where it belongs, which is in God's hands and not theirs. And, to anyone who does not know the history of native-born Americans -- both living and dead -- then on their behalf, let Americans boldly proclaim, "AMERICA! NOTICE TO NEWS MEDIA, PUNDITS, CITIZENS, BLOGGERS, GOVERNMENT, AND ALL INTERESTED PERSONS -- Calling for action!

I am making a forceful case to support United States legal reform before any further attempts are made toward creating health care reform. America is in a drastic Constitutional crisis right now. And too many officials and legal persons in positions of authority continue to create havoc in our nation in order to obstruct justice and the rule of law and detract us from moving toward concrete solutions. Even when citizens have acquired supportive documentation to help them to win their case in any courthouse in this nation, none of it does them any good, if some lawyers and government officials choose to disregard their evidence out of hand. As a result, citizens are suffering loss of homes, property, speech, religion, due process, and their life.

Even where too many people have presented substantial documentation to plead their cause in any court of law in this nation, unless they have a lot of money to retain an attorney and then have to plead with them to take their case, justice remains elusive. Lives are devastated. The nation suffers from an uptick in criminal activities. America's light fades. But, it will never fail.

Instead of encouraging American citizens to "Be all you can be," because -- as Obama said so many times on his campaign trail, "Yes we can!" However, the Obama Administration has constantly belittled this nation even on the global scene. And, Americans are told regularly that we have not done enough to help lift our country from the economic disaster which was exacerbated by Obama's excessive expenditures even after he publicly admitted the nation is bankrupt. "We have no more money," he said during an interview early in his term of a mere almost nine months.

Watchdog citizens who have repeatedly sounded the Constitutional alarms before, during, throughout, and after the 2008 Presidential election campaign were subjected to taunts by unprofessional journalists and pundits who should have been doing their job to research, investigate, and objectively inform the public. In too many instances, that did not happen. Nevertheless, we have come to a crucial crossroads in America's history and it is time for Americans to rise up with one voice and say, "Enough!"

ACORN and the Obama Administration have placed this nation in a needless dilemma

The transparency promised by the White House apparently means their documents and actions will be placed on their websites but that interested members of the public would have to take a wild guess at when and where its located. And, if citizens cannot find the information, then the attitude of this administration appears to be, oh well?!

At any rate, that seems to be what this Democrat-controlled administration would have us to believe. For, Obama, his key staff, members and czars, and the chair of Congressional Subcommittees feign ignorance about what they ought to do with the current devastating information on ACORN which has been gathered by two courageous investigative watchdogs working along with Big Government. They have shared their tapes with the Fox TV Cable News station which, in turn, shared the same with the public to explicitly expose the ongoing corruption involving ACORN and co-conspirators, to wherever it may lead. There is corruption all across this nation, which must be addressed and resolved.

To make a long story short and to get this information into the hands of the public and with the proper authorities to create another groundswell of action, against all perpetrators, I will provide links to critical government information which ought to prove beyond any shadow of a doubt to every American that we have been bamboozled long enough.

The White House, The Congress, ACORN, Journalists --YOU LIE!

The links below must be read closely and carefully to understand why ACORN must not conduct their own investigation into their alleged corruption. Indeed, because of the new amended law signed by Obama on May 20, 2009, the matter is now out of their hands based on the documentation. The reader will understand why Attorney General Eric Holder can no longer refuse to investigate ACORN and to take corrective actions against them in accordance with the law. And Americans will have a clearer understanding of why Barack Obama, the sitting President and Commander in Chief, should either resign or be impeached right now for violating his Constitutional Oath of Office "to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution." He has no credibility! He is not trustworthy. He lacks the confidence of the American citizenry. Read on.

On May 20, 2009, in the East Room of the White House, Barack Obama, the President, signed into law, "The Helping Families Save Their Homes Act and the Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act," (aka FERA). Overall, what this law does is to decisively take out any guess work about how the government agencies are to handle any such cases such as ACORN's that come before the appropriate government agencies. ACORN clearly comes under Obama's recently signed, amended law. In one instance, the remarks Obama made before he signed it stated, in part:

"Well, standing up for the American people is exactly what we're doing here today with two bills that I'm about to sign --- The Helping Families Save Their Homes Act, and The Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act (FERA). These landmark pieces of legislation will protect hardworking Americans, crack down on those who seek to take advantage of them, and ensure that the problems that led us to this crisis never happen again."

In his remarks, Obama then, goes on to name, as follows,

"my good friend, Chris Dodd . . . and Senator Richard Shelby. (Applause.) . . . and then on the House side, Chairman Barney Frank and Representative Maxine Waters . . . have done a great job. (Applause.) And I want to thank Senators Patrick Leahy and Chuck Grassley, as well as Representatives Conyers and Bobby Scott for leading the way on the fraud enforcement bill. (Applause.)" He goes on further to say, "And I am grateful to have Harry Reid here, as well as Nancy Pelosi, who could not be here, and the other key members of Congress for assigning these measures the urgency that they deserve and that the times demand."

Furthermore, Obama states,

"The other bill that I'm signing today gives prosecutors and regulators new tools to crack down on what's helped cause this crisis in the first place --- and that's the twin scourges of mortgage and predatory lending.. . Banks and lenders must end the practices that added to this mess. Individuals must take responsibility for their own actions. And all of us must learn to live within our means again."

That statement is PRICELESS coming from a man who took an oath of office to help us continue to live in what has become known as the leader of the Free World! Americans have learned to dream big, reach higher, and "go for the gold," but Obama now wants to break our federal bank, redistribute wealth, make the rich poor and don't care if we don't have any more as he and his wife, Michelle, and their "girls" and friends live large on taxpayer dollars --- trillions in fact. Well, Americans have worked to be the best and to have the best and to give the best. We, as a nation, have learned to strive for better, and we certainly will not settle for less than and become bitter, especially from outrageous edicts coming from the pens of our elected, appointed, and anointed leaders who have absolutely no regard for Americans.

I suppose some may ask, Can we talk about it? NO! We have found that talk is cheap around the capitals of this nation emanating from the Capitol and White House. Talking time is over. If we stayed around their table of greed any longer, we will have the rug pulled from under us sure nuff.

If the reader(s) want to make a definite difference, they must thoroughly read these documents and references to which I have provided links and rally around the cry for this administration to drop their push for Health Care Reform (aka ObamaCare) and for them to begin immediately to work on legal reform --- starting with letting local, state, and national leaders in authority from the President on down know that not one person is above the law, including them.

Niceness has its moment but being frankly blunt while wielding the sword of truth will get the appropriate results right -- and right away. No Americans need to lay awake at night wondering if our leaders are plotting to punish them for demanding truth and compliance to the Constitution and to the law (i.e., both God's and man's).

Please contact me for further information or references and, I might add, unless another author cites this article and sources when they report theirs based on it, I will call them on it. Get busy and dig deeper. I know there is much more documentation out there (and in my files) for overall follow up pertaining to so many other governmental areas the administration keeps ignoring.

I take this bold, steadfast stand, because too many people purportedly calling themselves professional journalists have sneered at us bloggers and watchdogs. We need to have urgent national distribution and contacts, because this information we have acquired (and more) herein provides answers to some of the legal procedural questions many of our attorneys are sitting on and the solutions we need to put into place before 2010. Now is the time for us to put ACORN and all other such corrupt entities out of business and help put us back on track as a balanced nation.

This is not my usual expected and completed commentary. However, in the interest of time, I have provided the bones of the problem for you who want to make a definite difference right now. So, please go and put some meat on these textual bones and shout it from the roof tops. Lets all work together to reclaim America to her Godly self. God bless you. God bless America.
