The foremost part of this article is to place before the reader the incongruity of the definition of gender and the lifestyle of those people who have perverted the nature of gender in order to promote such overt deviant behavior as to offend the sensibilities of common sense and common decency.
The Nation Is At War With ItselfThe nation at war with itself cannot withstand the test of endurance where there are misconceptions about the fundamental roles of men and women in society.
All the world knows that God created male and female, yet even they have allowed themselves to be duped into believing that God made a mistake and man had to correct it to include all kinds of variations of humankind. And to make matters worse, the deviant minds of men and women have devised a bogus scheme whereby they would attempt to equate homosexual rights as a protected class like civil rights, because -- in their mind -- homosexual was a special classification (which they gave themselves). And, lo and behold, so-called intelligent people bought into their skewered reasoning and were met with every derivative of that classification known and yet unknown to mankind (because they make it up as they go along).
The Homosexual Agenda Endangers A Godly SocietyThe homosexuals know the word of God as well as Christians, they just don't want to accept it much less believe it. So they find more reasons to blame their opposition in order to excuse their lifestyle.
We are now inundated with so many false belief systems which would have us believe that all matters pertaining to sex are of no concern to society. And, if that wasn't bad enough, there are jailhouses filled to overflowing with sexual perverts and deviants of all kinds. Therefore, something is amiss with the laws that support and condone homosexuality as being caused by personal instability, mental illness, and human's misunderstanding who and what they truly are in God's sight. So, too, is it a pity that even quite a few members of the Clergy are prone to fall prey to the deception and lead their own congregants into the depths of Hell right along with them and all those who subscribe to the not-so-"gay" way.
How could anybody believe that sexual deviancy stems from mental illness when so many of the self-confessed homosexuals are well educated, hold high-level prestigious positions, earn top salaries, live in luxurious splendor and in many cases, are themselves in the profession of psychology and psychiatry, government, religion, sports, and entertainment?
Any time people have enough sense to achieve fame, fortune, and notoriety for themselves and others, too, how could they not also be made to be held accountable for living a higher standard of self-control rather than being given carte blanche to continue to live a depraved, degenerate, deviant, perverse, ungodly life in public and private, and then claim that they did not choose such a life and cannot help the way they live?
God placed within all mankind the commonsense force to either do right or to do wrong. People who choose to do right have the right to continue to lead their life of freedom without being overly burdened by strict laws, rules, and regulations foisted upon them. But, when citizens do wrong, which is to say they disobey the law, then there are penalties to be paid for doing so. And, if the law imposed upon them is not in keeping with the expressed wishes of the majority, then the law can be repealed, amended, or otherwise changed through legal means that are in accordance with the United States Constitution and other national foundational documents.
America Stumbles Headlong Into Being A Warped SocietyPolitically correct speech, corrupt legislators, and unjust legal systems contribute to many changes in the culture, which have the ability to place long-lasting adverse affects on future generations. Some societal changes already proposed and ongoing include:
- Passport applications changed to read "Adult 1 and Adult 2" instead of "Spouse" or "Man and Woman".
- Education records of school children will no longer ask for names of "Mother" and "Father," but "Parent 1 and Parent 2."
- Hospital records will be mangled because of the lack of clear, identifying factors of parentage and resultant history of diseases and blood work.
- Church and Genealogical records will be difficult to retrieve with any degree of certainty, because the family structure will have changed drastically.
The more a Godly society embraces any ungodly culture, the more it becomes enveloped within an accepting populace which fails to adhere to the truism that there is a right and a wrong way to live. Moreover, even where there is a majority that approves any such behavior which goes beyond the morals and mores of society, there is no law which could make it palatable to that societal culture. It is a delicate dance to live between what an individual deems to be correct and that of the larger society which disapproves.
Regardless, in terms of gender it remains that male and female are the balancing elements of family while same-sex gender relationships on its face are off balance and need to be corrected. On the one hand, there is nobody who would try to make another person conform to their way of behaving; but, on the other hand nobody, certainly not in the position of authority, should sanction or give credence to any such behavior which deviates from the accepted norm.
Homosexuals have the temerity to choose and promote their lifestyle in ways to imitate heterosexuals, which is to say male and female. Furthermore, to gain public acceptance of their sexual behavior, homosexuals adopted the playbook used by blacks to gain civil rights as Americans. Moreover, once the homosexual agenda met up with the era of Barack Obama's administration in the White House, the gates of Hell rejoiced and came running. And anybody who did not go along with the homosexual propaganda to intimidate and convince them to join in were called homophobes, haters, discriminators, and everything but a child of God. In actuality, the homosexuals identified themselves, because they represent the epitome of someone who both fear and hate mankind. What's more, they discriminated by separating themselves from the mainstream in order to shield themselves from the reality of how they chose to live.

Even now, as the elected leader of this nation, Obama is still being hounded because of his long-standing relationship with his "body" man now in the White House, named
Reggie Love. This man is quoted in 2007 saying that he was going to be in the White House with Obama. Sure enough, he is. So, because of Obama's own enigmatic but open lifestyle, he is bound to support homosexuality in all forms. Therefore, we find ourselves in the untenable position of having to protect the role of traditional marriage and explaining to our children that a boy becomes a man, a girl becomes a woman, and, together, they are able to lawfully marry and have children. Today we also have to fight the entire forces of Hell in order to be able to bring up a nation of healthy and happy children for generations to come.
Homosexuals know that they have pushed the boundaries way out of bounds and, yet, they keep pushing their degradation in our face. And 2011 is the best time for all of us who reject their premise to resolutely draw the line. For, if we do not push back, they will push America into a far greater degradation than ever before known in our history; and every area of our life will be adversely affected while homosexuals will be positioned to call themselves "normal" and all opponents as abnormal.
The DOMA and DADT Issues Are Causing So Much DegradationBarack Hussein Obama, President, and Eric Holder, United States Attorney General, have now placed at the feet of Americans the question of the role of homosexuals in the larger society and in the military. And, while homosexuals have been given wide latitude as to their way of life, they have also succeeded in chopping away the norm. And, by their using the legislators and courts and even our education system, they have been able to inculcate into the vast population the notion that homosexuals have devised the better way to live. However, one look at their lifestyle leads me to believe they are greatly deceived. However, the vast majority of Americans need not be.
The question becomes, What makes Obama and Holder believe DOMA is "unconstitutional" and needs to be repealed while, at the same time, the two hold that any and all same-sex and sexual-orientation laws are "constitutional" and need to be made legal all across the nation, as homosexuals and their supporters also believe?
Even that previous question should highlight the absurdity of having to pose that particular question. At the same time, it also opens the question up for wider scrutiny by the nation. for, if the homosexual premise is wrong to begin with, then every other legal determination in their favor, which derives from that initial premise, is likewise going to be wrong. Therefore, all laws built upon the premise that the homosexual lifestyle is like that of
the black race cannot be sustained as true but must be found to be illegal and must be summarily repealed and stricken from every book in the courthouses and in any legislation all across this nation. No matter how many local, state, and federal laws are passed in an attempt to legitimize the homosexual lifestyle, it will still forever remain an abomination and good for nothing but to be disregarded.
Both the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and Don't Ask Don't Tell (DADT) are once again on the nation's front burner. However, because of recent actions taken by Barack Obama, President, and Eric Holder, United States Attorney General, both of those issues are the cause of so much local, state, and national degradation. And, furthermore, one issue is based on the truth (DOMA) and the other is based on falsehoods (DADT).
DOMA is sought to be codified by a majority of the states in order to amend the constitution to clarify and reenforce the fact that traditional marriage is between one man and one woman at one time. And that action became necessary, because of the initial premise put forth by the homosexual agenda which would have this nation to believe that male and female designations are no longer relevant in today's world.
The homosexual community has lobbied legislators and courts across this nation and have succeeded in bypassing the will of the nation in order to carve out some semblance of what for them takes on the spectre of normalcy which, to them, is a family comprised of man-man, woman-woman relationships and the sperm and egg of somebody else for them to have a child. And barring that, they have begun fighting in courthouses to be able to adopt children into such households.
Same-sex marriage is an oxymoron. Moreover, sexual orientation is a term homosexual activists used to cover up their deviant behavior. And, whereby the term, gender, has sufficed for centuries to designate the differences between a male and a female, sexual orientation has taken the path of least resistance by codifying gender to include whatever manner of sexual activity an individual or group of individuals want to participate in without running afoul of the law.
Presenting A Case of First Impression If there is no legal defense presented by this government for traditional marriage and Obama and Holder will seek to have DOMA outlawed and repealed through legislation, then surely there can never be any same-sex and sexual-orientation laws under our constitution and in any state in the nation. If DOMA can be knocked down upon the word of Obama and Holder in their official positions of President and Attorney General, respectively, then I am the bearer of the best news in town. For, what I see is that they have both presented a case of First Impression (or prima facie) for the courts to go back and take another look and examine the entire record from decades of homosexual law until now, to determine whether or not there was ever jurisdiction to have considered it trying homosexuality as a special classification in jurisprudence and, thereby, to have been subsequently codified as such.
Another problem, as I see it, is a show of favoritism for homosexuals whereby the legislators and courts have not given legal acceptance to common law couples, even as one man and one woman living together without benefit of marriage. Such marriage recognition having already been disallowed when the couple merely live together without benefit of the formal ceremony. Meanwhile, homosexual people who have coupled off with members of their same sex are not, in any case, eligible to marry. What's more, they know that to be a fact. Yet, they continue to deceive themselves and no matter how many legislators sign a court order to help them have their way, they are still without legitimacy both in the eyes of God and man and even themselves.
Moreover, whether DOMA is subsequently repealed by Obama and Holder's actions or not, its purpose will never stop being truthful and it shall remain true that traditional marriage is instituted between one man and one woman at one time and any other combination is deviant, illicit, and unlawful.
DON'T ASK DON'T TELL (DADT) For Military And GaysDADT first came about during the administration of former President Bill Clinton. It has allowed homosexuals to volunteer and serve in the United States military as long as they keep silent about their perversion. But, as a group of political activists, homosexuals have refused to even go along with that policy. They want to swing their closet doors open even further to be received as a "protected" class. They want more rights for what clearly is wrong on their part but which they have foisted upon the citizens of this great nation knowing citizens have rejected their chosen lifestyle time and time again.
So, when this government steps in and fosters confusion and chaos among our brave warriors, especially during wartime, by not only forcing them to accept openly homosexual men and women among their ranks but also to be trained to either like it or resign and forfeit their years of service and benefits, the American people will become even more incensed against the homosexuals. As a result citizens will band together and take every legal measure to stop not only DADT but the foundation of that ruling, which is to say, every homosexual law on the books must be repealed. What's more, citizens will commit to either voting Barack Obama out of office in 2012 or by working to have him impeached before his first term is up by the next presidential election. And, by the way, we will still be asking where is his birth certificate? And we want to see him vetted before the next presidential go round or ousted from consideration.
Homosexuals want to have it their way and they are having it their way through the courts. They do not want to hear the truth and turn to God for help to make a Godly change in their life. Nevertheless, the place of departure for us has to be now in order to bring life back around to the way of all of those who know the right way to live pleasing in God's sight. For, this world's way of trying to be politically correct and embracing diversity has become the bane of our nation's very existence. Not only has the homosexual agenda taken hold but it has also undermined what the majority population deems to be -- and in fact is -- normal. For one thing, the same way homosexuals have chosen to live that way, they can make the choice to stop living that way. Then, those who encouraged them to keep living as homosexuals would have to face the consequences of their own actions, as the homosexual lifestyle continues to spread uncontrollably.
Manmade Laws That Berate Societal Values Cannot Be EnduredHomosexuals really do have more rights than ordinary law-abiding citizens. What's more, their manmade laws act to berate societal values when they incorporate their erstwhile illegal activities into everyday societal mores. Their ongoing atrocity must be addressed and the slates wiped clean. For all the laws on the book to help opponents to combat this ongoing lifestyle have either been watered down or else increased to squelch the voices of a people who know about, and speak out against, all such actions that go against God and man.
Elected leaders in their positions of power and authority have gone too far in not listening to the voices of the people and now they must be called to turn back from arbitrarily endorsing that which under any other circumstances would be adjudged illegal. Propaganda can last but so long among a people who understand that the taste of freedom has placed the burden upon those who have it to ensure the continuance of the freedoms which allow a people to live together under the rule of law which mandates personal responsibility and accountability.
The government cannot enforce the laws of nature which operate under the guise of normalcy even when people are engaging in abnormal behavior. Homosexuals and all of their supporters do not want to acknowledge that such a lifestyle is illicit and, therefore, illegal. They fail to understand that the reason we have courts and prisons is because there are limits to what people can do even in an open and free society.
Special Rights For Homosexuals Are Disguised as Civil RightsThis article cannot go into the many reasons why homosexuals do not actually want civil rights; but, suffice it to say that, as citizens, they already have the same rights as every other citizen based on religion, race, gender, and other categories that generally apply to citizens. Discrimination based on sex (in addition to gender), and sexual orientation apply mainly to homosexuals alone. Therefore, they have "Special Rights" which go beyond the rights of average citizens. And, taken in consideration that if homosexuals are red, white, black, or yellow, they already have protection under the law against discrimination. Therefore, for them to go beyond those civil rights laws makes laws passed solely for the benefit of homosexuals -- to be unequal and of no affect for the decent and good order of a Godly society.
Furthermore, nowhere in the United States Constitution can there be found any grounds for accepting and incorporating the sexual behaviors of mankind into the codification of human laws where the offense is repugnant to an entire majority of the population, except that a handful of legislators and the judges on a court bench of the people would agree to tearing down the walls of virtue and common decency in order to accommodate the forces of all that go against the grain of societal values.
While many readers may find this message to be harsh, I hope they stop to consider the homosexuals appear to be winning by closing practically every avenue of redress while having the courts remove the name of Jesus, God, Holy Ghost, Holy matrimony, and all Judeo-Christian symbols from the public arena.
This entire question about Homosexuality and lifestyle protections is open for national debate and determination by lawful adjudication. And wherever there are people who remain determined to codify what is not codifiable, history will prove them wrong. Meanwhile, it will be a heavy price for future generations of Americans to have to pay, unless citizens begin now to fully understand the ramifications of their continuing to lend credence to homosexuality.
The homosexual lifestyle has had its day and now it is time to resume the blessed Holy matrimonial lifestyles inclusive in that of one man and one woman at one time, and as ordained by God and not legislated by any man or woman or legislators or courts.
