Speak Up to Expose Deliberate Online Plagiarism and
Copyright Infringement!
An intolerable situation is ongoing which involves internet pundits, journalists, and news reporters online and offline. Plagiarism and copyright infringement have increased despite warnings posted on the sites. What's more, it appears to be prevalent among noted writers scouring the internet in the name of Research now conducted to mine the original content and context of others. I have been online since 1996 and have had much of my original work stolen and copyright infringed even by Christians.
Earlier this month, the online Huffington Post reported that Fareed Zakaria, of CNN TV reporter fame, was accused of, and later admitted, that he had plagiarized a reporter's published work -- even a sliver of it. But, this activity is more common than supposed. Or, should I say, exposed. While Zakaria reportedly was suspended for a short term, in times of more civil newspaper publishing, other journalists have been fired for such unethical actions.
Despite the many people who have berated me since early 2008 for writing, among other things, that Obama was not Christian but Muslim and that he was bringing in communism because he had already brought in Socialism (which I called baby communism), my original articles have been plagiarized and copyright infringed all across the internet by shameless people who thought they could get away with it.
In 2010, I first discovered my published articles about Barack Hussein Obama since early 2008 had been plagiarized and copyright infringed by noted persons online and offline, when I saw their television interview.
Two such well-known personalities had stolen my work and published what was subsequently called "a best seller." They had interviews on the Fox Cable TV Hannity Show and placed advertisements on various internet book sites, including Amazon, etc., until I sent cease and desist notices to their addresses and publishers and, also, sent website takedown notices to their website providers. At that time, I also notified those authors and their friends who had lauded the publication with book notes. Needless to say, I have never heard from any of them. Moreover, it appears, that book is once again in the marketplace, but without any follow up by those purported co-authors.

Since early, 2008, I have written "political news commentary from the Christian point of view" in which I was the first person to expose Barack Hussein Obama's plans to "Hijack America in Plain Sight." (See: Voice Ink News Commentary Archives, By The Rev. Lainie Dowell, July 1, 2008). During that same period, the Holy Spirit revealed to me Barack Obama's ultimate agenda for America was to use his written "Blueprint for America" to circumvent Congress, to subvert the United States Constitution, and to overthrow the United States government. Early on, The Holy Spirit also showed to me that Obama was "a Traitor with a capital 'T.' "
Therefore, I was able to publish and report that visionary news before anybody else even thought to get to the end of Obama's campaign plans while he was still at the beginning and just heading for the middle of it. And all of those people who have continued to shout about just getting breaking news about "Obama's Plans" are indicting themselves. I have finally had enough of seeing my 2008 to present published original articles plagiarized and published by people who really should have known better than to even try it!
In May 2010, I reported that Ken Blackwell and Ken Klukowski plagiarized my copyrighted published 2008 original work, including the title, "The Blueprint: Obama's Plan to Subvert the Constitution and Build an Imperial Presidency." Moreover, I had already written and published that information as a part of my original commentary in 2008, in which I was the first one to disclose among other things that Obama's ultimate agenda also included that he planned to make himself President in perpetuity by subverting, changing, and doing away with the United States Constitution and the United States Congress to create a parliamentarian form of government as his Kenyan cousin, Raila Odinga.

The "Two Kens," as I call them, and their "research" team advertised their so-called newly discovered explosive news about "Barack Obama's shocking plan to take over the government, the elections, the economy, the American consciousness, and even our personal freedoms." In 2012, many instances remain of this ongoing plagiarism of my work online by World Net Daily (WND), Patriot Action Network (PAN), TeaParty, Sodahead, Defeat Obama site and others associated with them. During a recent interview on Fox Cable TV, the author of "Fool Me Twice," another book also published by WND, admitted that his "research team" had gotten a lot of their work off the internet. In fact, Joseph Farar, owner of WND, also has admitted, in writing, that his "team" does extensive research on the internet.
Nevertheless, all of those named and unnamed perpetrators have walled themselves off from being contacted to cease and desist or else be held accountable for online plagiarism and copyright infringement, which does not seem to bother any of them in the least. However, if they feel so comfortable in misrepresenting as their own body of work that of another, then how are we to trust them in their presentation of it or anything else?!
In 2012, not only is ongoing plagiarism running rampant among so-called intellectuals, but it also remains without accountability or shame by, not only those who engage in it, but also by those who shield them and allow them to continue with impunity and without accountability. What's more, so many of those same individual and organizational perpetrators continue to fraudulently write and sell books based on the work of others and, yet, solicit online for donations or monetary contributions for their fraudulent actions (where they exist and are proven with substantial documentation). And, that solicitation borders on criminality, where the truth of the genesis of that work is left unspoken.
As writers, we know our "voice" when we see it in written words. And, in my case, I have discovered that so much of my published original content and context about Barack Hussein Obama has been interspersed within all of those plagiarized works of perpetrators that it has made it so easy for me to prove the veracity of my allegations against them. As a result, I have been able to compile and to document the specific day, date, time, title, content, context, and even my specific words taken from my articles in comparison with those of the perpetrators, wherever that has been the case.
Additionally, I also have copies of taped radio interviews in which I have been a guest since early 2008, where I had revealed for the public what so many of those perpetrators are just now reporting as being their own original breaking news about why Obama should not be re-elected and about what his plans are for a second term as President, if he is re-elected. In some instances, I have taken screen captures of certain websites where I have detected my original work posted without attribution or permission, purporting to be someone else's work.
What those perpetrators have done is to shamelessly ravage through my entire body of work from 2008 to the present. And I know that because, before I took this present action to expose them, I did my homework and compiled many pages of the comparisons between those of the perpetrators and my own original published work, a mind-numbing feat.
Solution to Stop Online Plagiarism NOW?! Expose it.
Writers do not have to put up with this ungodly unprofessional, unethical theft by plagiarism and copyright infringement any more! The lack of money to pay lawyer fees and the lack of so-called credible news media reporting plagiarism need not be the reason for victims to fear coming forth to expose such perpetrators, especially when absolute truth without malice or false accusation is, and shall remain, the ultimate defense against possible counter charges of slander or defamation of character.
