I don't know about you, but after hearing Sen. Diane Feinstein's account of the clandestine meeting of Obama and Clinton, which she arranged, I felt like a voyeur who needed to take a bath. As Feinstein told it, she made the two of them comfortable in her home near her fireplace in two comfortable chairs and with a glass of water, and then she went upstairs (in her own home), because she thought they needed privacy to talk.
HUH??
Well, what about all that wasted gas used to ferry the media across the wild blue-black yonder in an airplane for no reason? I don't know about you, but all I could think about while Feinstein was speaking was about the dirty trick Obama and Clinton played on the news media by having them to board an airplane under the guise of waiting for Obama to board before they all were to take off.
And, even knowing that Obama was not coming, the pilot was given orders to lift off that airplane with those journalists aboard before anybody told them Obama was not coming but that he was, at that very moment, attending a meeting in Washington, DC where they already were and which they needed to have known about.
This just might be poetic justice but it definitely is so sleazy and reveals another fundamental flaw in Obama and Clinton's character and Feinstein and the Dems to not be able to see the flaw in that failed logic. It boggles any mind that has one to know the difference between right and wrong – Or is that the noticeable difference between the character of "The Right" and "The Left?"

But, then, as Feinstein finished telling her story to the press, all I could envision was:
And then they smoked a cigarette, brushed their garments down, and ran giddy from the room at being able to get over on the press (one more time).
And, the statement they released made it much worse, because it gave no substantial information about the meeting. In fact, it gave none at all. It was a waste of time, money, energy, and respect for their respective positions. In fact, it was juvenile.
And, for what??? When all they had to do was to tell the truth about their need to have a private, professional meeting together and that they would release a statement to the press following that meeting. Now how hard was that?
Lord, I thank God for the five senses He has given us. Wouldn't you think they'd use at least /one/ of them. But, then, I suppose they would really need to have that SIXTH sense.
Even God has a sense of humor and He knew that we needed a break from all of this political mess.
