How about this for a genuine solution for bringing about that real political change, which Barack Obama fervently and consistently promised for the American people, if they helped to make him the first black man to occupy the Office of President? Here it is plain and simple. Why doesn't Obama now voluntarily bailout America?!
Between the near billions of dollars and millions of people that Obama has reportedly acquired along the way during his electoral campaigns for that Office, he can now show real economic expertise, strength, and leadership. Why not just take the bold step and get America out of this hole the DEMS dug and bullied many Republican Congresspersons to help them dig this nation into -- even with the help of our lame duck, erstwhile conservative President George W. Bush? And his cabinet, too, I might add.
However, be that as it may, that ship has already sailed. But, before it sinks faster than the unsinkable Titanic (which sank with a whole lot of good folk onboard), why doesn't the incoming "Captain" of our Ship of State take the helm, ring the bailout alarm, and settle the entire matter once and for all? After all, I think we can all see that he is afflicted with an embarrassment of riches. And we all know what people who are not used to money will do when they get their hands on it, don't we? They squander it on foolishness, become greedy, and dis the needy.
Here Is The Novel Solution to America's Drastic Economic Situation
What a time in America's history this is for Barack Obama, America's self-described new Abraham Lincoln from Illinois to show what he is really made of. Instead of encouraging the reportedly four million people at home and abroad to fly into the nation's Capitol on January 20, 2009, and start clogging up our airways, or driving across many state lines clogging up the highways, or sailing over the ocean blue making more waves, or walking for miles destroying street pavements and bridges with their shoe leather just to get to go through the many checkpoints on the way into the Capitol --- o.k., here it is! --
Barack Obama, all by himself, has amassed enough personal fortune to bail out America. Add to that the monetary gifts he can solicit from his millions of adoring fans by asking them to voluntarily stay at home on that day and either snail mail or email or phone in or text in or by whatever means necessary other than coming in, get their generous donations in from out of whatever money they had planned to use to get to Washington, D.C. and stay in various hotels and homes. They wouldn't be able to see anything anyway, because of the barriers to keep them out; but they just don't know it. Besides, it'll probably snow on that day, anyway. Brrrrrr! Or rain. Or be just plain cold. Or cloudy. Or, nippy at best.
By the time the reader gets through that paragraph, I hope a light bulb of recognition goes off in somebody's mind that says, "Well, I'll be! Why didn't we think of that?!" Wallah! So simple it just might work. Why not give it a try?
After all, how many houses can Obama and his wife and girls and Biden and his wife live in at a time and that -- rent free while Americans are losing their homes to greedy schemes foreclosing on their property and blatantly allowing squatters to go break into their homes, change the utilities into the squatters' names, and move on in there rent free without banks or law enforcement intervening!? Mr. Bush and Mr. Obama and Congress, without a doubt, this is America and shame on all of you!!!
Yes! Listen. Obama could give the good ole American folk the opportunity of a lifetime to be able to look back at this momentous occasion with pride and remember that was the year, 2009, in which the American people and our friends and neighbors in the proverbial global community all stayed at home and, at the same time, single-handedly helped to save America and brought back her strength and luster in the eyes of the whole world which, by the way, DEMS being led by Obama continue to state, is taking her last breath. How about that for fostering hope?
Think about it! But don't take too long to do so, because Obama and his friends have already gotten their bailouts from the American taxpayers. Besides, the Clintons have led the way by selling their souls to the Obama machine. Imagine! A former President of the United States (D-AR) allowed himself to be talked into letting a novice senator (D-IL) talk him into letting him and his minions censor his multimillion dollar speeches and get ahold of his multimillion dollar contributor lists?? And, his wife, a now almost former senator (D-NY), allowing herself to be talked out of her presidential candidacy, senatorial seat, and her m-o-n-e-y to serve at his (Obama's) pleasure? I don't think I'll ever understand any of that!
I've also never in my whole lifetime seen so many American governors and mayors with their hats in hands publicly and pitifully crying poor mouth! Well??? Who do you think controlled the purse strings? Duh??!! They really need to be embarrassed, themselves, because that is a poor reflection on their own personal leadership and wrecklessness. And they act as if they don't know it. What about the people in their jurisdictions? And, many of these same government servants still live far better than their constituents.
And with all of Obama's pending book deals and tee shirt sales and silver and gold embossed Obama coins (Hey! Don't forget we want to keep "In God We Trust" embossed on the face of those jems and everywhere else), to say nothing of his gifts of exquisite jewelry for his helpmeet and expensive vacations scheduled for him and his staff -- but to rest up from what? They haven't even done anything yet! And, if they get the keys to the White House and treat America right, then when they do, their expensive Hawaiian vacations will still be waiting.
What more could anybody ask for who says they want to help the poor? Or, for that matter, what more could they need or want? Give it up!! If, as Obama espouses, that capitalism is repugnant and he has to rid America of that and all it stands for, then what does he need with the spoils?
Back in the day, when I was a child growing up and living in the throes of Jim Crow with those pathetic black and white water fountains (for people), I saw black and white and red and yellow people laboring together to change all of that for the better (I saw it on TV). Anyhow, more often than not, I saw news broadcasts of indignant whites who had taken to the streets with signs and yelling, "If you don't like it here -- (expletives deleted) GO BACK where you came from !!!" One thing I can say. I may not have understood it back then but I understand it now. And, that's pretty good advice. But, I'm sure glad I didn't take it, myself. This is my home and the land that I love! And, if the new administration and those that support them want to change America and set it back to the stone ages rather than to love her and help her to retain her Godly demeanor, then my advice to them would be the same that I heard as a child.
America, love her or leave her!
Cynical? Not at all --- Visionary!!! Cuz I know Americans can do better than this. And, as I take my leave, I reiterate my opening salvo during the early days of the presidential election campaigns, " I May Be Black, Mr. Obama, But You're No President For Me."
My earnest prayer is that on that day when, (not if), Obama stands in the middle of that foyer of the Capitol and sets forth his decree to loudly and smugly state, "Let them eat cake," may that be the day the Lord will seal my lips shut tight to keep them from blubbering out, "I told you so!" But, I am going to cry buckets of tears of relief and pure joy when Obama's New Left Democratic Socialist-Communist plans are finally and fully revealed and stopped.
In fact, get me Alaskan Governor Sarah Pallin back here. She'll get that job done! And Merry Christmas will, thankfully, forever remain a true saying in America and the whole world, too.
