When the Lord God is on the case, who can stop his called, appointed, anointed? If Barack Hussein Obama really knew the God of America, he would never have dared to take on his course of action to try to dictate to this free people who should and who should not stand in the place of the Lord to God's people in God's House. And, so, we enjoin this battle! No man or woman can dictate to God's beloved that they must forego God's word, will, and way to conform to a "new" way set for them by any man or woman. I declare and decree that The Gates of Hell have written their names on the furnace door who dare to push God out of America and, indeed, the world. Come to the line. And, if you don't see one then make this that line you refuse to cross.
Overall, We the People have fully come to that point where the battle cry must be, "We Will Not Obey!" Look at what is happening across this world to a people who refuse to be further enslaved, while in America we have long ago tasted of freedom. In fact, a close look at the United States Constitution tells us that it is Barack Hussein Obama, a stranger in our midst, who is pushing against all that we know to be patriotic, constitutional, Godly, and just. It is he who has shown no respect for either the Office of the President, the Constitution, the rule of law, God, or citizens; and, his minions have without let up, followed suit to create havoc, chaos, and confusion all across this nation and the world. Even as our brave men and women at home and abroad continue to give their all to protect and defend America, Obama is doing all he can to destroy this nation, with impunity and without accountability. Who keeps watch?!
Congress is asleep at the switch and, I believe, it may have something to do with the fact that Obama is a black man and they don't want to be labelled as racists and haters, if they actually did their job and held him to the strict accountability for pursuing what no other black man in America can lay claim to, which is, the honor and privilege of serving as the leader of the free Western world. Instead, Obama has abused and misused his position of authority via his ongoing treasonous attempts to create for himself a brand new nation from the ground up by tearing down every vestige of the Constitution created by our forefathers and for which so much patriot blood is shed and many prayer-filled tears fall to keep whole and wholly Holy. It must no longer stand to be the case that Godly patriotic citizens will stand around and watch as Obama forces America to crumble without their steadfast intervention. Keep America Proud!
For decades, organizations and individuals have fought to see who had the greatest and best of all hoard of followers and the largest coffers. Still they beg and call for more money. Well, there is no more money and it is time to demand that they unite forces and resources and take action. They have taken all the money. Sucked this nation dry. And still they watch and tsk tsk as Obama and the progressives change America into Socialism, Islamism, Communism, Secularism, and everything else but what she is, and which everyone who is in elected office has pledged an oath or given an affirmation "to protect, preserve, and defend." Ours is a representative democratic REPUBLIC thriving off of God, capitalism, and a free people who know the difference between living right and living wrong.
PAST TIME TO PUSH BACK!
People can stand around meeting, eating, greeting, and repeating if they want to, but surely some solutions ought to be in hand by now. It is time to enact them. Instead, they watch as Obama is continuing to lie and deny and convince people that he can fix America when it is he who has fully contributed to her breakdown in the first place -- whether from behind the scenes or right into the face of her citizens.
The politicos won't tell it. The news moguls won't spread it. The so-called learned academicians won't teach it for fear of losing their tenure, salaries, pensions or status. Too many Preachers won't stand to declare it for fear of being left on the outside. Well??? In the meantime, people are dying and losing hope and faith, as all of this passing the buck goes on all around them. They can find no relief from government agencies and elected officials who have shut off their phones and closed down snail mail and email to all but people whose situations they feel can get them on the front pages and national television and radio news of the few who will carry it. They have forsaken America but God hasn't.
INVESTIGATE THE DHHS-OCR. HIPAA IS NOT WORKING.
Not too many people will take lightly knowing that steps have been taken by the Obama Administration Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), under the leadership of him and Kathleen Sebelius, to enact policies and regs to force volunteer hospital Chaplains and volunteer On-Call visiting Clergy to reveal confidential talks they have when meeting with patients and even that they must also include family members in their hospital rooms at the time of the visit.
Simply put, this means that many hospital Pastoral Care Departments across this nation are making it mandatory that Chaplains and On-Call Clergy write on hospital-prepared forms information from patients' charts and disclose what the patient talked about with them. Keep in mind that this is to be done after the confidential patient-clergy visit. Moreover, your hospitalization could very easily place you in this dilemma without regard for those HIPAA privacy forms you will be asked to sign upon admission along with the Do Not Resuscitate.
At Johns Hopkins Hospital Howard County General Hospital (JHH-HCGH) (MD), Rev. Stephen Mann, director, Pastoral Care Department, told me, "They'll (patients) tell you what they won't tell US!" To which I replied, "That's why, as a member of the Clergy, I won't use that form." I considered it a violation of clergy-patient confidentiality and a gross violation of the HIPAA Act. Of course, they disagreed and had conspired to use a pretext to terminate my more than 20 years service there as a visiting- and Volunteer On-Call Clergy (of 30 years). In fact, the hospital reported to DHHS-OCR that I was the only On-Call Clergy who was terminated in the history of the hospital. I have been in this New City community since before that then new facility was open to the public as a hospital. Before then, it was Columbia Medical Plan (Howard County, MD). What's more, I was one of a handful of Clergy who, around 1986, served on the committee formed to explore starting a Chaplaincy Program at that hospital.
Now, hospitals are threatening clergy and other people of faith that they should either conform to their new hospital regulations and policies (which actually come down from Washington, D.C.) or else face loss of their hospital privileges (i.e., terminated and kept out). Are you kidding me?! Not at all. What is happening is dangerous and it is very serious. I learned through the DHHS-OCR investigation report that the hospital is making room for Muslims to enter Pastoral Care. I have served in community ecumenical services many times for special occasions. However, this move by the hospital is purely to not offend the Muslim population by Christianity and, specifically, the name of Jesus in their hearing. It is an attempt on their part to shut out our faith, period. And, thereby, to usher in Shariah Law right under our noses. The American people of God and like-minded citizens as one body reject that attempt, because Muslim leaders have let it be known they will take America, Israel, and the World!
The episode that brought me face to face with the Department of Health and Human Services - Department of Civil Rights (DHHS-OCR) began in March 2009. I had published in this forum that account about how I had been unceremoniously terminated at that time. And, as a result of the hospital's nonresponse about what my next step should be, I searched the internet and filed complaints with DHHS-OCR. That experience was also very telling.
I filed complaints in 2009 and heard nothing back until April 2012, when I received a 6-page investigation report from DHHS-OCR informing me that their investigation into my JHH-HCGH complaint was complete. It was only by the footnote that I learned my HIPAA complaint had been closed on November 3, 2009, without any action. But, then the report went on to disclose what the hospital witnesses had reported to the investigator as pertains to the hospital's reasons for terminating my services in March 2009. To my surprise, those witnesses from the hospital had committed perjury and fraud by deliberately, knowingly and willfully lying to the investigator during a federal investigation into my 2009 complaint. The DHHS-OCR had not contacted me during the course of that investigation and, therefore, I had no opportunity to respond to their report before it was sent to me; but, it did state that I had 30 days from receipt of that report in which to respond to it.
BOMBSHELL OCCURRENCE FROM DHHS-OCR
April 2012, After I had received and read that DHHS-OCR report, I phoned the investigator and told her that I planned to respond and that the witnesses accounts were not true and that they had lied about me. The investigator, Ms. Krumm, then told me that (lying) didn't make any difference during an investigation, because she was only going to review the case based on "new" information they did not already have in their files on my case. And, further, she told me, "You can respond, if you want to, but the case has been (considered) closed." Remember, the report I received gave me 30 days from receipt to respond.
GOOD NEWS ABOUT MY PUSH BACK
From the outset (in March 2009) when Rev. Stephen Mann, director, had told me for the first time I had been complained about in October 2007, I denied having behaved in an inappropriate way at that time or any other time. There had been no complaints about my service. It was used as a pretext for Rev. Mann to snatch my badge and to terminate me as a Volunteer On-Call Clergy. Yet, that same false allegation was included in the DHHS-OCR report and more devastating accusations against me were added to it. None of it was true and they knew or should have known it, because they were in that 2007 luncheon presentation room the same time I was.
During the DHHS-OCR investigation, I was not contacted and neither was the Professor who had given her presentation at that October 2007 luncheon.
The DHHS-OCR report states, in part,
(quote) "According to Mr. Jack Dunlavey, another Pastoral Care volunteer, when the guest speaker began to explain the fundamentals of Islam, the complainant stood up, made a comment, noisily gathered her belongings, and "stalked out" of the room. The complainant agrees that she left the meeting early, but states that others had left early, as well, and denies that she left in a loud or rude manner. Rev. Mann states that he heard the complainant mutter, "No one is going to convert me into a Muslim," in addition to additional unintelligible comments as she left. The complainant states that Rev. Mann did not address these allegations with her, and that she made no such comments." (unquote)
I continue to maintain I never did as those witnesses alleged. Anybody who knows me knows I do not mutter, sputter, stomp, or stalk. I am known to be straightforward with anything I disagree or even agree with. None of those alleged statements had entered my mind much less to act on them in that setting. I continue to maintain those allegations were false and used as a pretext for the hospital to shut me out -- merely because, as the DHHS-OCR investigator's report said, the hospital said that I was the only Clergy in Pastoral Care who had refused to fill out their mandated patient-clergy visitation form and that all others in Pastoral Care had done so. [That DHHS-OCR investigation report is available for anybody who might want to see it or discuss it with me, but it is too extensive to include here.]
THE GOOD NEWS!
On May 12, 2012, I submitted my timely response to the DHHS-OCR. A few days later, I again phoned the JHH-HCGH to request copies of any complaints against me, if any. JHH-HCGH Legal, Rev. Mann, and the hospital Human Resources Department gave me the runaround and no information. They wouldn't even give me the name of the Professor or tell me where she was from. Even though it was close to five years from their alleged incident, which didn't surface from them until March 2009, they should have had that still on file. They have made light of my spiritual life as a Christian Cleric, but just this past week, it was truly the Holy Spirit who showed me where my own original copy of that specific flier announcing the October 2007 Pastoral Care Luncheon was in my files and the Holy Spirit led me to that copy after my much searching had failed to uncover it. It looked brand new. What a happy day that was!
I then contacted the Professor, and her response told me in one day what I had been saying to Rev. Mann and hospital officials all the time. The Professor's response to me proved that REV. STEPHEN MANN AND CHAPLAIN DUNLAVEY, had deliberately, knowingly, and willfully lied about me to a DHHS-OCR investigator (perjured themselves). The Professor had confirmed to me, in an email of her own volition, that she had remembered that day and her October 2007 presentation, but she had no memory of anybody there behaving inappropriately during that time. She also sent me an email stating that she had given her presentation and had left. (I had left before the Professor's talk had ended, but it was not in the manner those Clergy witnesses said.)
My files are replete with documentation which will enable me to carry this fight to the frontlines, because no God-called Clergy will compromise and capitulate with the Obama Administration's unlawful and unconstitutional edicts and mandates and phony, fake, false, regulations and vocal decrees they use in an attempt to force Christians, Catholics, and Jews, into the ungodly realm of diversity and perversion and all things contrary to the will of God, the United States Constitution, and commonsense! Either HIPAA stands to protect privacy or it doesn't, but patient-clergy confidentiality in no wise shall ever be infringed by government and, it shall not be -- not by me.
Our lives are literally on the line. Health professionals who have morals are leaving their posts rather than to harm patients. And health professionals who have no moral compunctions about lying in regards to matters of importance cannot be trusted with the oversight of our health or that of our family, friends, and strangers, too. They know the Obama Administration has set into place the groundwork for nonprofessionals to turn the health industry into a commercial enterprise and, depending on who can come up with the money, will dictate who will live and who will die. Because, they plan to eventually make that decision!! Let it not be so.
The newspapers won't tell it. Television reports won't show it. Radio punsters won't. Except, my friend, Dr. Laurie Roth, radio host and 2012 Candidate for U.S. President, is bold enough to let citizens know exactly what is going on in this nation and how she has solutions to resolve the ills. It doesn't take a whole lot of money or masses of people to make a difference. And I will shout it from the rooftops that citizens must give the devil no more ground. Obama cannot illegally and unconstitutionally confiscate rights and then demand a free people to obey his wrongs just because he is in the Oval Office and believes he can legislate by Executive Orders and by use of Judicial fiats. Not so! And, if you want to sleep in peace in America and the world, it is past time people said NO!
