It is Personal. I am a BLACK, CHRISTIAN CLERGYWOMAN, REPUBLICAN for 29 years and, even though I have been involved in numerous legal cases and fought them to vindication, my own affiliated political party has yet to help me with anything throughout all that time.
Thank God for the ability to read and write and for pro se legal action. It just so happened that, during the 2008, Presidential Election Campaign, I became the first and only person who wrote, published, and revealed Barack Obama's ultimate Blueprint Agenda for America. I emphasize that, even at that time, it was about his "ultimate agenda." Then, in 2010, I discovered via the Hannity Fox TV interview broadcast, that prominent professionals had plagiarized, copyright infringed, published and profited from my work as their own. Thus, the headaches!
Since 2010, I have discovered widespread occurrences which have continued nonstop on and offline, with impunity, which include my published articles from 2008 to present. Degreed professionals and other noted personalities have been the worst offenders. They boast about "their" Amazon and Barnes and Noble books, mass memberships, swelling coffers, and pressing intentions to uproot the Republican Party and create their own hybrid government and all the while neglecting to reveal they have been incorporating information based on my original published copyright articles.
They might posit they discovered the same as I (but after the fact). However, notwithstanding that, they cannot refute the many instances in which they are using the same language lifted from my original articles. There is a definite established pattern. And, I am now calling out their names publicly, because I have 100s of pages of substantiating, comparative documented written proof, which they cannot refute, with credibility. We need new DMCA and Internet Provider policies concerning filing complaints and follow up methodologies to deter willfully, knowingly, and deliberately, plagiarizing and copyright infringing online and offline.
Since I discovered this activity involving my published writings, I have repeatedly warned perpetrators that I could substantiate my allegations against them via title, subject, content, context, day, date, hour, minute, second. Nevertheless, the perpetrators refused to stop. If anything, they have grown exponentially and scurry to and fro' like roaches when the lights are turned off. It would take volumes to present it, and the cost would be prohibitive for me to provide it, because there are so many perpetrators involved. However, I am prepared to present my definitive proof in a suitable forum, if and when requested. (TBA)
Hopefully, this disclosure will start a national dialogue towards obtaining viable solutions and vindication for all such writer victims of plagiarism and copyright infringement. Moreover, I intend to continue to shove back to reclaim my work, credibility, reputation, and redress from their "rape" of my entire body of political and religious p.o.v. commentaries about Barack Obama.
If I had done this to those perpetrators, you can be sure that with or without proof to accuse or convict me, every avenue of communication (television, radio, newspapers, blogs, social media, etc.) would not wait to spread the news. Not only that, but also, those same perpetrators would have all had me thrown under the jail long ago! However, I did not do that and none involved can deny, with credibility, what they have done. As well, three plus years of their ignoring my warnings for them to cease and desist stealing and publishing my work as their own and without attribution or permission is long enough!
Moreover, the Tea Party, Patriots, and Conservatives have filed Federal lawsuits with unclean hands knowing they have conspired to perpetrate fraud on the court by concealing from the court the proof that their suit is not, as they stated, "based solely on their political ( and religious) point of view," but that they know they took the political viewpoint from my original publications. Daily, I receive emails and read articles and even see viewer comments that contain many words taken from my published articles. Not too long ago, while on Twitter, I saw a tweet come through and discovered a tweeted quote was viewed, also, via Google, stating, "Quoted by: Mark Twain." I was shocked. But I tweeted and provided the link to what was actually my own quote and to show that Mark Twain had nothing to do with it.
What can I say? What more can I do but publicly reveal all of this? The Tea Party, Patriot, Conservatives are still creating new organizations, soliciting money by misrepresenting much of my work as their own; and, they are selling books, baubles, and banter. They are trying to cover over my work as theirs but it still amounts to their committing plagiarism and copyright infringement and fraud. Even one instance is one too many!
Jay Sekulow, Esquire, and the American Center For Law and Justice (ACLJ) know it. I have informed Congresspersons on the Subcommittee with IRS-DOJ Oversight (Republicans and Democrats). I informed Jay Sekulow, Esquire, before he filed his Federal lawsuit against IRS-DOJ. And, I informed the Federal Court in Washington, D.C., after Jay filed his client's lawsuit. Yet, Jay Sekulow, Attorney, now leads his clients to continue their fraud on the court and their determination to dismantle the IRS. Something is wrong! We have a legal system propped up by the three branches of government and they are all broken. Americans are assaulted on all sides. And it is time for all of this Obama madness to stop!
People need to stop funding all of those phony groups. They have all, together, and some separately, accumulated enough money by now to have retired this nation's inflated debt. News media today seem to be interested only in being celebrities and they want to be the story rather than report news. Congress refuses to abide by the Constitution and the rule of law and God's law upon which this nation was founded upon -- called Judeo-Christian by Divine Providence. Even though Obama has lived up to every ungodly revelation about him and his administration and cronies, he is still in office and he is breaking the law and his oath of office every day. That is the biggest problem we have which is the most solvable. Clearly, Obama must go! He has no legal rights to change America from Judeo-Christian to Socialist or any other form. CONSTITUTIONAL CRISES ABOUND.
IMPEACH OBAMA NOW! And, that has remained my call since 2008 before, after, and during his inauguration. I am not politically correct. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
