UPDATE!
To you who have graciously supported my work by willingly publishing my submittals for about three (3) years. Thereby helping to encourage me and to more fully expose my political news commentary nationally and internationally. This is to let you know I have recently discovered that two prominent public figures engaged in copyright infringement and plagiarism of my body of work and published it in a book as their own. The title and much of the content they included in their book, however, was taken from work published on my "Voice Ink News Political Commentary" blog --- and the comparison between their book and my articles leaves no room for inference or doubt that my charges are valid.
I have filed a formal claim with their publisher's Copyright Agent and with AMAZON against J. Kenneth Blackwell and Kenneth A. Klukowski, alleged authors of The Blueprint: Obama's Plan to Subvert the Constitution and Build an Imperial Presidency, (c) 2010, published by Globe Pequot Press, Guilford, CT. USA. Lyons Press is an imprint of Globe Pequot Press.
I have already placed on my site and disseminated to you my charge publicly, because their offense is so evident that even I could have been accused of copyright infringement and plagiarism by them and their publishers, except my files are replete with substantiating documentation to prove beyond any doubt that I am the author and not them. What's more, I have an audio from a 2008 radio interview during the Presidential Election Campaign, when I first reported my findings that Barack Hussein Obama, if elected, had as his ultimate agenda to destroy the U.S. Constitution, circumvent the U.S. Congress, and to make himself "dictator par excellence" and a permanent President, "if that were possible." I have also written more about how Obama planned to do it. That same thesis followed throughout practically every article that is in my Archives. Apparently, the two Kens had made that "discovery" immediately before they went to press with it, touting it as new, shocking, and surprising.
I have no doubt that, had I done what they did, it would have been reported all over the papers, radio, television, internet, and on the streets. However, I have heard nothing from anybody to respond to my allegations -- not even a denial. What they have done or allowed to be done is egregious. Actually, it is unbelievable. And, I am also demanding a thorough investigation into this matter, because not only the title but also my words, ideas, thoughts are sprinkled throughout their chapters such that I can track them to my exact articles and dates they were lifted from. If that were not so, then I would not have boldly declared it as such.
My initial allegations against the "two Kens" were publicized here, and you were a recipient, also, of Part 1 of my original disclosure article. To date, I have still not received any response to my complaints.
