Despite my having made every good faith effort to correct the ongoing Tea Party Internal Revenue and Department of Justice scandal before it rose to the level of the lawsuit filed recently by Jay Sekulow in the United States District Court, Washington, D.C., my efforts to seek redress remain ignored by the mainstream media, internet bloggers, and press coverage, in general. Therefore, I must tell my own story!
The perpetrator Tea Party and their grassroots cohorts and other prominent well-known men and women who travel with them under the umbrella of Tea Party include those groups and memberships called Patriot Action Network (Patriots), Conservatives, and many newly created groups known and unknown, as they climb onboard at will.
To put it as simply as I can, the Tea Party has continued to plagiarize and copyright infringe my original published articles in which I have presented my political and religious viewpoints about the 2008 election of Barack Obama and the ultimate agenda of Barack Obama (2008 to this present day). They have consistently ignored my calls for them to cease and desist stealing, publishing, and selling my original work without attribution or my permission, or any notice to me about what they were doing. Instead, they have persisted in claiming my work as their own all the way to, and through, the nation and the United States Federal Court in Washington, D.C.
Furthermore, the Tea Party plaintiffs were not only instrumental in having filed their fraudulent lawsuit in which their various attorneys are claiming the IRS and DOJ "targeted their clients based solely on their (clients) political viewpoint." They are further claiming that their clients have been discriminated against and denied their requested 501(c)(4) and, in some cases, 501(c)(3) IRS status based on their (clients) "political viewpoint" and their (clients) "Tea Party" name(s).
The plaintiffs have solicited contributions and donations, created new organizations, and sold articles of clothing and publications based on my own personal political viewpoint from which they have systematically plagiarized and copyright infringed and misrepresented as their own. They have solicited a reportedly combined hundreds of thousands of dollars or more, gained national notoriety and credibility, and have become so emboldened as to call for the IRS to be dismantled.
THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THIS
But for the Tea Party's initial ongoing plagiarism and copyright infringement of my original published political and religious commentaries about Barack Hussein Obama, the Tea Party would have no grounds with which to seek to obtain money, mass memberships, IRS 501(c)(4) or 501(c)(3) status, or a day in court, except that they have kept hidden from the American public and the Courts all that they have done to target me, discriminate against me, and to harm me with impunity and without accountability.
Moreover, after all of this time with my trying to get justice in this matter without response, I hereby declare that, but for the fact that I am a Black woman, Christian Clergy, and Republican who originally disclosed, in 2008, all that is now being widely plagiarized and copyright infringed and disseminated and being commented on about Barack Obama and Congress's need to Impeach him, this would have long been published by mainstream media and bloggers as the scandal of all scandals! Instead, I have had to continue to tell this devastatingly outrageous Tea Party fraud, myself. I know they and all of those named and unnamed as of yet can sue me. But I also know that they know that would put me in court against them where I will prove all of my allegations against them publicly and on the national level. My fight is to that end, because without truth, all Americans are harmed.
The United States Justice system is no longer designed to address the needs of American citizens. It is designed to create a mechanism by which lawyers and judges and politicians and the monied can grow in a position which will make them richer, and forget all about the "little" person who cannot afford to pay to play their deadly games for the cause of justice. This overall government under the Obama Administration has become more corrupt than ever before in history, including from within every branch of government.
We are living during a time when truth and facts no longer matter.
Steve Eichler touts himself as the CEO of the Tea Party. He personally knew that my allegations and calls for them to cease and desist remained against the Tea Party, as did his lawyer, J. Robbins; Tim Bueler, (media); and TeaParty.Org. What's more, I have compiled hundreds of pages comparing their purported "political viewpoint" to my original published articles. Therein, you will discover the pattern which divulges prima facie evidence of my allegations against the Tea Party, et al.
I had also notified Rep. Mike Kelly, Rep. Elijah Cummings, Sen. Max Baucus, Rep. Dave Camp's office (Michelle Dimarob) House Ways and Means Committee. And, I have yet to hear from any of them. In fact, we have recently heard on television from Rep. Cummings to pronounce the IRS-DOJ Hearing "case closed." Therefore, I hold them all among the accountable, also, for the ongoing chaos and destruction of the United States Constitutional and civil rights of law-abiding citizens such as myself, who not only "see something, but also say something," only to have it all meet up with deaf ears and blind eyes of elected (and unelected) leaders.
I do not have $400 in court filing fees and the money to make hundreds of copies to submit to the Clerk's Office. I do not have the legal expertise that will not pass the test of so-called partial keepers of the law. I do not have the keys to the jails. All I have is my abiding faith in God on my side, absolute truth in the telling, substantial evidentiary documents to support my allegations laid on the table, the untainted United States Constitution as my guide, and Prayer to the one true, and living God.
This is my ongoing fight to expose the truth of this Tea Party fraud and for me to obtain justice in this untenable situation. See, also, my prior notification to Jay Sekulow and Jordan Sekulow about the fraudulent lawsuit they filed on behalf of The Tea Party (inclusive).
