Copy of Correspondence sent to Jay and Jordan Sekulow in re: lawsuit they filed in federal court on May 29, 2013. You don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. Neither the DOJ, IRS, nor Plaintiffs Tea Party et al. has clean hands.
However, because the truth is what everybody is after, let's get the whole truth. And, even if it hits those who profess to be American patriots in all of those grassroots organizations, then they still have to answer and give their proof of truth to the contrary! We ought not to be content to trade one ungodly leader named Barack Hussein Obama for others even when they profess to be Christian, American, or patriots under the umbrella of Tea Party. We, and they, have to question their motives as well! As for my motives? I am a long-time Republican. NOTICE TO CEASE AND
DESIST:
I have made numerous attempts to contact you concerning the lawsuit your office filed in the United States* Federal Court on May 29, 2013, on behalf of your clients, known as The Tea Party, Patriots, Conservatives, and all other such known and unknown entities now existing or evolving under that same umbrella category. (*corrected)
This is to inform you that
your Plaintiff's have allowed you to act on their behalf when they
have “Unclean Hands,” resulting in a move to perpetrate a fraud
on the court. You, as their attorneys of record, knew or should have
known the Complaint you filed was not a factual account laid before
the court for determination.
Among other allegations
noted in your Complaint, you also alleged for the court's ruling and
declaratory judgment against (certain named and unnamed Defendants),
organizations of the United States government, where you state, as
follows,

Introduction - Part 1. '. . . by means of conduct that was
based on unconstitutional criteria and impermissibly disparate
treatment of Plaintiffs in violation of Plaintiffs' rights under the
First and Fifth Amendments to the United States Constitution and the
Administrative Procedures Act.'
Part 2. '. . . by means
of a comprehensive, pervasive, invidious and organized scheme that
purposefully established unnecessary and burdensome inquiries and
scrutiny of Plaintiffs' applications based upon plaintiffs' political
viewpoints (or Defendants' assumption of Plaintiffs' viewpoints,
based on their organizational names).' “ (unquote)
I intend to show it is not
your Plaintiff-clients' rights that have been harmed, but my own
CONSTITUTIONAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS have been harmed by their conduct,
and it is I who am a party who is left out and deprived of my said
rights in what is a nonsuit.
I intend to show it is not
your Plaintiff-clients' rights that are “based solely upon (their)
political viewpoints,” but that they have misrepresented my
original published political viewpoints, and your
Plaintiff-clients and many others knowingly, deliberately, and
willfully, plagiarized and copyright infringed my original published
articles and unlawfully published political and religious content
from them, as their own work.
I intend to show that your
Plaintiff-clients received unjust enrichment as a result of selling
books, articles of clothing, soliciting contributions and donations,
gaining recognition as consultants and as credible sources, based on
my original published articles.
I intend to show that,
based on my original published articles (2008 to present), that your
Plaintiff- clients intent is to organize and solicit money and to
grow their membership under the overall umbrella known as Tea Party,
Patriots, Conservatives in order to displace the United States
Democratic Republican representative form of constitutional
government.
